The Agent Partners tab puts all of your agent partners in a single, filterable workspace. Built around QuickList templates and customizable filters, the tab is designed to help you re-surface your most important relationships, identify reconnection and growth opportunities, and take action — calling, emailing, or jumping into a FastFacts profile — without leaving the table.
How to Use the Agent Partners Tab
1. From the sidebar, open the Real Estate drop-down and select Agents. At the top of the Agents view, click into the new Agent Partners sub-tab. The page looks similar to the standard agent search list, minus the search bar, and surfaces a row of QuickList templates above the table.
2. Use the side toggle to view All, Buy Side, or List Side agent partners. This works in combination with the QuickList templates — for example, set the toggle to All and then apply a template to filter across both sides at once.
3. Click any of the pre-built templates to instantly filter the table:
- Recent Buy-Side Partners
- Top Partners
- Loyal Partners
- Reconnection Opportunities
- Growth Opportunities
Each template carries its own unique filter set, so a single click reshapes the table to focus on the relationships that matter for that scenario.
Note: the active label when indicate which template is applied. Adding additional filters from the sidebar will build on the existing template.
4. To drill down further, open the filter sidebar pullout. From there you can layer in additional filters like activity, transactions, overall production, buy-side production, and list-side production to narrow the table to exactly the segment you want to work.
5. The table surfaces the data you need to evaluate each relationship at a glance:
- Contact info — call or email directly from the row using your device's native dialer or email client.
- Office and Last Transaction date.
- Overall Production, Transactions, and My Transactions (the deals you've personally closed with that agent).
- My Share percentages for both transactions and volume.
- Total Volume, My Volume, and My Volume Share.
- Buy-side and list-side breakdowns.
6. Click the three-dot menu on the table to edit columns — reorder them, hide what isn't relevant, and surface the metrics that matter most to your workflow.
7. Click an agent's name to open their FastFacts profile, or right-click to open the profile in a new tab so you can compare quickly without losing your filtered list.
From the FastFacts profile, you can push the agent to your CRM, send them to Bonzo, run a Google search, or share directly from your browser.
Finally, can you export the table as a CSV by clicking the Export button at the top of the page.
The Agent Partners tab consolidates competitive market intelligence and your real-world production data into one workspace, so you no longer have to piece together who your top agent partners are from multiple tools or manual lists. QuickList templates do the heavy lifting on segmentation — top performers, loyal partners, reconnection opportunities, growth opportunities — and the customizable table lets each user shape the view to their own playbook. With native call, email, CRM-push, and FastFacts hand-offs built into the row, insight turns into action immediately, helping you protect your strongest relationships and intentionally invest in the ones with the most upside.
