Real Estate Agent Tracking is a simple and effective feature in MMI that helps you stay informed about your agent partners' listing activity. By tracking agents, you receive email notifications the moment they post a new listing—allowing you to reach out promptly, strengthen relationships, and stay top-of-mind with active agents in your market.
Get Started:
- From your "My Workspace" page, click on the "Real Estate" dropdown and then on "RE Agent Tracking."
Here, you’ll see a list of any agents you’re currently tracking. - Next, search for a new agent to track. If you already know the agent's last name and state, you can click on "RE Agent Search" and enter that info.

Select the correct agent from the results. Browse the list to find the right person, then click on their name to open their FastFacts profile.

In their "Fast Facts" profile, click the “Track” button. You’ll find this button next to the agent’s name at the top of their profile.

Set your tracking preferences. In the pop-up window, you can apply tags for organization and opt-in to receive email notifications when the agent lists a new property.
Click “Save” to begin tracking. The agent is now added to your tracked list, and you’ll receive alerts for any new listings they post. -
Check your inbox for listing notifications. When the agent lists a new property, you’ll get an email with relevant details so you can take immediate action.

Use the information in the notification to call and congratulate the agent, then offer your support based on their current activity.
