The My Buyside and Listside Agents feature in MMI is designed to help loan officers stay connected with real estate agents they’ve worked with on past transactions. By automatically identifying agents tied to your loans and surfacing their contact details and recent activity, this tool allows you to strengthen partnerships and generate repeat business. These features are available to users with an active NMLS ID and loan production history.
Get Started with My Buyside and Listside Agents
- From your dashboard, navigate to your sidebar and click on "Real Estate." This will expand the dropdown to reveal your ability to search "Offices" or "Agents." Click on "RE Agent Tracking."
- Here you'll see any Agents or Office you are currently tracking, as well your Buyside Agents or your Listside Agents. These tabs show agents you’ve worked with in the past 12 months or more. Click on "My BS Agents."
- For each agent, you'll see available contact information including name, phone number, email, and associated transaction details. Utilize the "Filters" and "Columns" tools to organize your agents.
- Click "View" to jump to an Agents "Fact Facts Profile. Then take action with the "Track" or "Push to CRM" buttons. When you select "Track," the agent will now appear in your "RE Agents" tab and you will begin to receive alerts based on their activity.
- MMI will send you daily email summaries featuring new listings by agents you’ve worked with. Each listing includes the property address and the agent involved, helping you reconnect using real-time updates.

- Use these listing alerts as a reason to reach out. Mention the past transaction and congratulate them on the new listing to start the conversation. This provides an easy and relevant touchpoint to re-engage and offer your services again.
These listing alerts also give you the opportunity to reengage past Borrowers. If utilizing Bonzo as your CRM, make sure to look at the "Past Borrower - Same Day Listing Alert" campaign, specifically designed to continue the conversation with already established relationships.
