The Same-Day Listing Strategy is a feature in MMI that helps you stay in front of your agent partners by alerting you when they list a new property. You’ll receive an email notification the same day the listing goes live, giving you the chance to quickly reach out, congratulate the agent, and offer support. This allows you to act while the listing is still fresh—making your outreach more timely, relevant, and effective.
Get Started
- When an agent you’re tracking lists a new property, MMI will automatically send you a notification email. It includes the agent’s name, phone number, listing history, FastFacts profile, and a quick web search link for validation.
- Click the agent’s name in the bottom right to view their FastFacts page in MMI.
The FastFacts profile provides a snapshot of the agent’s business, including recent activity and contact details. - Click on the ‘Listings’ tab within their FastFacts profile.
This tab shows all "Active Listings" as well as "BS Sold Listings," "LS Sold Listings," "DS Sold Listings," and past listings in last "+12 Months." Click the address link for the most recent property to view it externally in Google. - From Google, find the listing on a public site like Realtor.com
Look for details like listing price, open house dates, and time on market. This helps you tailor your outreach. -
Return to MMI to retrieve the agent’s contact info. Use the phone number listed in FastFacts to reach out directly or push the agent directly into your CRM.
If no phone number or email is listed, return to Google and look for the data on the realtor's website, brokerage site, or social media account. It's important to note that this info. is required for a push to your CRM. -
Call the agent and congratulate them on their new listing. Keep the conversation brief and supportive. Offer help with open house flyers, co-marketing, or other resources that align with your services. If using Bonzo as your CRM, you can set up a joint landing page for the upcoming open house to capture prospective buyers.
This adds value to your outreach and helps strengthen the business relationship.
