Taking Action on Results
Once your results are narrowed, you can take action directly from the table.

Use bulk select to choose multiple results
When selections are made, a bulk action bar appears with options to:
Export to CSV – Download selected real estate agents
Push to CRM – Send selected agents directly into your connected CRM
This enables a seamless workflow from insight → action.
Saving Lists
You can save your Realtor searches in two ways depending on your needs.
Quick List
If you want to return to a specific segment later:
Apply your desired filters
Click Save as
Name your list and save
Your saved search will appear under the Saved Searches icon within Quick Lists.
Saved Searches are ideal for repeat lookups without ongoing automation.
Dynamic List (Realtors)
If you want to track a Realtor segment over time or keep it synced to your CRM:
Apply your desired filters
Click Save as Dynamic List
Name your list and save
Optionally navigate to the Dynamic List upon creation
Dynamic Lists live under:
My Contacts → Realtors
Dynamic Lists automatically update as agents enter or exit your criteria and can be used for recurring CRM syncs, campaigns, and workflows.
Quick Lists vs. Dynamic Lists
| Quick Lists | Dynamic Lists |
|---|---|
| Instant search & filtering | Saved, ongoing tracking |
| No save required to view results | Must be saved to populate |
| Ideal for one-off or short-term searches | Ideal for recurring syncs |
| Optional save | Always saved |
Think of Quick Lists as fast discovery, and Dynamic Lists as long-term monitoring and automation.
Legacy Searches
Existing Realtor search cards and legacy tools remain available under Advanced Searches.
Quick Lists for Realtors simplifies discovery by consolidating filters into a single experience and enabling a seamless flow from search → export → CRM → saved lists.
Quick Lists helps you search faster with less guesswork — combining all filters in one place and enabling a seamless flow from search to export, CRM push, and saved lists. Agent Quick Templates take it a step further, eliminating the need to rebuild common searches from scratch with prebuilt, strategically curated criteria you can apply in one click. Together, they lay the foundation for a unified prospecting experience across loan officers, realtors, title companies, and more.
