The Property Research page has been completely redesigned to make exploring property data faster, smarter, and more intuitive.
Instead of a simple data table, you’ll now see a property profile with visuals, analytics, and quick-access buttons, all in one clean, modern layout. You'll still be able to research property information, deed history, listings, and to complete a reverse lookup, all from a more modern interface.
Accessing Property Research
To open the new Property Research experience:
- In the left-hand navigation panel, click the Property dropdown.
- Select Property Research.
When the page loads, you’ll see a simple search bar where you can enter a full property address.
As soon as MMI finds a match, the page will display a property profile.
Next, you will also see the green button to Visit Property Page as well as a bar with key insights like Equity, Estimated Value, Loan-to-Value (LTV), and Refi Opportunity, along with the ability to copy or share the Property Page.
Note: if a property image is available, it will generate under the listing address. If we are unable to locate one, you will just see the listing data.
Exploring the Property Profile
The profile is designed to give you instant visibility and easy next steps. From here, you can take action using three main buttons:
- Visit Property Page – Opens the detailed property profile with ownership information and analytics
- View Listing History – Opens a modal showing the property’s previous and current listings, including pricing, agent, and brokerage details.
- View Deed History – Opens the same modal with a tab focused on recorded ownership changes, loan data, and title history.

Navigating Listing and Deed History
When you select Listing History or Deed History, a popup modal appears on the page.
This modal includes two tabs, Listing History and Deed History, allowing you to switch between them seamlessly without leaving your current view.
Listing History shows active, sold, or withdrawn listings with key information like dates, prices, and agents.
Deed History outlines recorded transactions, lender information, title agencies, and loan types.
This unified view replaces the old table format, giving you a full historical picture of the property’s market and ownership in a single, organized experience.
Using Reverse Lookup
You are still able to complete a Reverse Lookup by clicking on the tab at the top of the page next to Property Research. This features allows you to pull up all publicly available transaction data on the listing, by simply searching the address.
The redesigned Property Research tool transforms how you explore and interact with property data. With a modern, visual property profile replacing the old table format, you'll spend less time searching and more time acting on opportunities. Whether you're accessing listing history, reviewing deed records, or jumping directly to a Property Page, everything you need is now organized in one intuitive interface.
