We’re excited to share several improvements across the MMI platform designed to make your workflow smoother, faster, and easier to navigate. This release focuses on profile usability, navigation improvements, Quick List enhancements, and reliability fixes. Here is whats new!
Improved Loan Officer Profiles
We’ve made several improvements to Loan Officer profile pages to make important information easier to understand and interact with.
Customizable Profile Sections
You can now personalize the layout of your Loan Officer profile pages and have those preferences saved.
Using the Edit Sections option, you can:
- Reorder profile sections
- Show or hide sections you don’t need
- Arrange the page to match your workflow
Simply open Edit Sections and drag sections into the order you prefer.
This makes it easier to focus on the information that matters most to you.

Cleaner Profile Layout
We’ve refreshed the visual layout of the profile pages to make them easier to read and navigate. Sections are now more consistent and visually organized so key insights stand out more clearly.
Snapshot Chart Improvements
Snapshot charts now display percentage values directly on the chart as well as within hover tooltips. This makes it easier to quickly understand performance trends without needing to interpret the data manually.
Calendar Year View for Production
You can now view Loan Officer production by full calendar year directly from the timeframe dropdown.
Select from recent years like 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022 to see total volume and units for that full year (January 1 – December 31).
This makes it easier to compare year-over-year performance and quickly evaluate growth trends.
Clearer Trend Comparisons
Trend arrows now show the timeframe they are comparing against (for example, “vs. last 6 months”). This gives clearer context when evaluating changes in performance.
More Accurate Google Searches
Google search links from Loan Officer profiles now include the company name and state automatically. This helps return more accurate results when searching for professionals with common names.
Agent Profile Improvements
Realtor profiles have also received several enhancements.
Customizable Profile Sections
Agent profile pages now include the same Edit Sections functionality as Loan Officer profiles.
You can:
- Drag and reorder sections
- Hide sections you don’t use
- Customize the layout to fit your workflow

Improved Profile Layout
Agent profiles now have a more polished and consistent design, making it easier to scan important information.
Helpful Filter Tooltips
Many of the filters in the sidebar now include info icons that explain what each field represents. These tooltips help clarify data points such as state and county transaction filters.
Filter Sidebar Refinements
We’ve also made adjustments to the filter sidebar to improve how filters behave and make them easier to use while exploring profile data.
Quick Lists Improvements
Based on user feedback, we’ve made several improvements to Quick Lists.
Automatically Open Newly Created Dynamic Lists
When saving a Quick List as a Dynamic List, you now have the option to automatically open the new list in a separate tab.
This makes it easier to immediately start working with the new list without needing to search for it again.
Automated Property Pages for MonitorBase Alerts
When a contact is enrolled in MonitorBase alerts, the system will now automatically generate a personalized property page for that prospect.
These property pages can be:
- Viewed within the prospect’s details
- Inserted into messages using the property_page_url merge tag
- Included in campaigns and broadcasts
This allows you to provide prospects with personalized home information automatically.

Clearer Welcome Email Language
We renamed “Send Digest” to “Send Welcome” to better reflect what the email actually does.
This message introduces the borrower to their property page. The updated language makes the purpose of the email clearer for users.
Custom Home Search URL Improvements
When creating a custom public URL for your Home Search page, the system now remembers your chosen URL.
Previously the field would appear blank when reopening the share modal. Your custom URL will now remain visible so you can easily confirm or reuse it.
Builder Search
We’ve introduced Builder data to give you a clearer view of the new construction market.
You’ll now see a new Builders tab in your navigation, where you can:
- Search for builder companies
- Search targeted lists using filters
- Explore builder activity and performance
Use the filter panel on the right to refine results based on builder details, performance, and transactions. Clicking a builder will open their profile, where you can view deal volume, relationships, and key insights.
This makes it easier to identify top builders in your market and segment them for outreach — all in one place.

Universal Navigation
We’ve introduced a Universal Navigation bar in Bonzo to create a more consistent experience across the MMI platform.
This update helps organize key tools and makes it easier to move to applications.
Collapsible Navigation
The left navigation can now be collapsed to create more space for your workspace. When collapsed, submenu items appear as individual options so they remain easy to access.
Profile & Account Controls
Your Profile menu is now located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
From this menu you can access:
- Settings
- Theme
- Log Out
Grouping these options under your profile helps keep account actions organized.
App Switcher
A new App Switcher has been added to the top navigation.
This allows you to quickly move to supported MMI products such as:
- Data Center
- Content Studio
Additional applications will be added in the future.
Calling, ChatMMI, and Help
Several frequently used tools have moved to the top navigation so they are accessible from anywhere in the platform:
- Calling
- ChatMMI
- Help Center
Token Balance
Your Token balance is now visible in the top navigation.
Hovering over the token indicator will display additional information about your available tokens and usage. Tokens can also be purchased directly from this menu.

Faster Contact Navigation
When working through filtered People lists, you can now move through contacts without leaving the contact record.
The new Next Contact button allows you to move directly to the next person in your filtered list. This makes it much faster to work through large contact lists during outreach sessions.
Merge Tags for One-to-One Messages
Merge tags can now be used in direct one-to-one conversations, not just mass messages.
While composing a message, you can insert tags such as:
- First Name
- Interest Rate
- Property-related fields
These tags automatically populate with the contact’s data, allowing you to personalize individual messages quickly.
Token Reliability Improvements
We resolved several issues related to token allocation and visibility to ensure tokens are delivered and tracked correctly. These fixes improve the reliability of token purchases, monthly allocations, and account balances.
🐞 Bug Fixes
This release also includes several fixes to improve stability and reliability across the platform, including:
- Pipeline stage assignments getting stuck in a loading state
- Missing custom tags in the People filter dropdown
- Issues merging contacts for certain account types
- Pipeline cumulative column visibility for recruiting users
- Errors when purchasing leads from the Lead Store
- Voicemail recordings saving as empty files
- Missing entries in autodialer call history
- Contact information missing from enriched past transactions
