Control Who Can Text, Call, and Drop Voicemails
Admins can now set, per user, who's allowed to send texts, send group texts, make calls, and leave voicemails. Turning off a broad permission automatically turns off the narrower ones that depend on it — a clean way to limit outreach channels without limiting the rest of someone's access.
