Customizable Lender Profiles

Lender profiles now work like the rest of your customizable profile experience — arrange the sections that matter most to you.

• Lender profiles converted to customizable profile sections
• TPO & Funding Partners available as profile sections
• Social links now display in LO & Realtor Fast Facts sidepanes
• Visible scrollbar added to the profile sub-header navigation for easier browsing

Deeper Lender Analysis

New tools for tracking and comparing lenders over time.

• Favorites now extend to Lenders — save the lenders you track most
• Quick List templates available on the Lenders page
• Year-over-Year (YoY) mode added to the Lender Quick List timeframe filter
• LO & Agent Quick Analytics monthly production charts now display units alongside volume

Bug Fixes

This release also includes important reliability improvements:

• Adding a transaction no longer throws a server error
• Leaderboard LO Rankings now show start/end date options

Recruiting Tab Data Refresh

What's New

• Sync and refresh MMI data directly from the Recruiting tab via NMLS lookup
• New MMI Enrichment slideover surfaces enriched datapoints on recruiting candidates

Consent-Based Opt-Out Override for Super Users

Super Users can now apply a consent-based override flag when importing contacts via CSV or creating prospects — keeping contacts with documented consent reachable while respecting Global DNC protections.

Lead Store: Order History & Repeat Buy

Buyers in the Lead Store sales portal can now review past orders and reorder in a couple of clicks.

What's New

• Order History view of your past Lead Store purchases
• Repeat Buy — duplicate a previous order straight into your cart
• Magic link rate inputs now support decimal precision (e.g., 6.749%)

Improvements

• ACH payment warning and card selection added at token checkout, so you know upfront that ACH payments take longer to process

🐞  Bug Fixes

This release includes a large batch of reliability improvements:

Campaigns

• Campaign events no longer get stuck in preview or skip Day 1 sends
• Campaigns no longer fire on non-scheduled days
• Campaign settings save reliably
• Birthday messages send on the correct date
• Removing a campaign and loading its prospects works as expected
• Duplicating a pipeline no longer duplicates its attached campaigns

Conversations & Messaging

• Fixed typing issues in Conversations, including dark theme and emoji shortcuts/quick replies
• Saved filter views now apply correctly in the Conversations tab
• Liking or reacting to an SMS no longer opts contacts out
• Duplicate broadcast SMS messages resolved
• Integrated email no longer sends duplicates or incorrect subject lines

Calls & Voicemail

• Calls no longer drop when forwarded to another user
• Fixed call answering in the mobile app and incoming calls from the web app
• Call recording restored
• Voicemail drops no longer cut off, and VM broadcasts send reliably

Pipelines

• Pipeline stages load prospects reliably
• Pipeline actions with routing conditions fire correctly
• The Team Prospects toggle now persists
• Pipelines remain visible after transferring to a new team

Contacts, Search & Tags

• Search bar and contact search restored
• People tab: filter Apply button, "last response" filtering, and timezone sorting all fixed
• Imports no longer add an extra digit to phone numbers
• Tag reliability improved — duplicate tags, missing tags, and transfer issues resolved
• Addresses are no longer deleted automatically
• Contacts are no longer marked DNC without user action

Tokens & Billing

• "Token quota exhausted" errors no longer appear when tokens are available
• Token restrictions enforce correctly
• Pushing contacts from Data Center no longer charges tokens incorrectly
• Repeated "token limit exceeded" notifications fixed

Shark Tank

• Leads no longer enter Shark Tank after responding, or appear twice
• Prospects now appear in the pool after breaching SLA
• Access issues resolved

Other Fixes

• Domain authentication no longer gets stuck in verification
• Large prospect exports complete without false failure notifications
• Filter gateway errors resolved
• Task export now respects your selection instead of exporting all tasks
• Enterprise content library templates save under the correct section
• Quick reply folders can now be deleted
• Landing page previews no longer show a black screen
• Marketing Analysis dashboard data and filters fixed
