Profiles now allow you to customize how sections appear, making it easier to organize the information you use most often. Instead of viewing sections in a fixed order, you can rearrange them, hide ones you don’t need, and restore the default layout at any time.
This feature is currently available for Realtor and Loan Officer profiles.
Where To Find Them
When viewing one of these profiles, you’ll see a row of section tabs across the top of the page. These tabs help you quickly jump to different parts of the profile, such as relationships or analytics.
If you want to change how these sections appear, simply click the settings icon on the right side of the menu.
This opens the Edit sections window where you can adjust how sections are displayed.
Reordering Sections
Inside the Edit sections window, you can change the order of the sections to better match how you work.
To reorder a section:
- Click and hold the drag handle next to a section name
- Drag the section to the position you want
- Release it to place it there
As you reorder sections, the menu tabs and profile sections update immediately, so you can see the changes right away.
Showing or Hiding Sections
Not every section is useful to every workflow. If there are sections you don’t need to see regularly, you can hide them.
Each section includes a visibility control (the eye icon):
- Visible – The section appears in the profile menu and on the page
- Hidden – The section is removed from both the menu and the page
If you hide a section and later decide you want it back, simply toggle it on again and it will return to the position you set.
Resetting to the Default Layout
If you ever want to start fresh, you can restore the original layout.
At the bottom of the Edit sections window, select Reset to default order. This will return the section order and visibility to the system default.
Saving Your Changes
Once you finish customizing your sections, click Done to close the window.
Your updates are saved, and the next time you view that type of profile, your layout will still be in place.
A couple helpful things to keep in mind:
- Your layout preferences are personal to your account
- Other users will not see the changes you make
- Each profile type (Realtor or Loan Officer) can have its own layout configuration
