Builders Search

Builders data gives you a clearer picture of the new construction market by connecting transactions directly to the builder companies behind them. With Builders Company Profiles and Builders Quick Lists now available, you can identify top builders in your market, review their deal volume and activity, and segment them for targeted outreach — all within the platform.

Note: Builders Data is currently in Beta, as we continue to refine the feature. To request early access, please contact our support team at support@mmi.io.

How to Access Builder Data

Navigate to your sidebar section from the main navigation menu and click on Property > Builders. 

The Quick List view provides a quick snapshot of top rated Builders from the last 12M. Use the search bar at the top to search for a specific builder or set filters to find an array of builders that meet certain criteria. 



After establishing your filters on Builder Company Details, Performance, and/or Transaction Filters, click "Apply" in the top right corner to see the Quick List filter in real time. 

To view a specific builder's profile, click any builder name to open their Builder Company Profile, where you'll find summary metrics including deal counts and volume.

You'll be able to preview their: 

• Quick Analytics
• Agent Relationships
• Office Relationships 
• LO Relationships
• Lender Relationships

Clicking the Google or LinkedIn searches on the right will take you to the platform search results where you can find additional information to take action. 

Builder Company Profiles and Quick Lists give you an easy way to identify and engage the builders most active in your market. Rather than piecing together builder activity from raw transaction data, you now have a dedicated view that surfaces deal counts, volume summaries, and contact-ready segments in one place.
