My Properties

Located within the "Workspace" > "My Mortgages" tab, this section includes the newly redesigned My Properties. In addition to tracking past clients and transactions, Loan Officers can now access Pathways Home Property Pages and send home insight Digests with just a few clicks. 

This unified view provides a streamlined workspace to analyze your past book of business, monitor borrower engagement, export key data, and take action, all within the MMI platform.

Lead Store

Lead Store is your marketplace for purchasing high-quality, targeted mortgage leads. Unlike external providers that charge high premiums ($50+) for low-converting data, Lead Store leverages MMI's transaction data* to provide you with cost-effective prospects that are actually relevant to your business.

With Lead Store, you receive verified contact information and transaction details, enabling you to know every borrower's financial situation before you call.

Quick Lists: Real Estate Search

Quick Lists is a new way to search loan officers inside MMI. It replaces many of the legacy, one-off search cards with a unified filter experience that returns results instantly—without requiring you to save a list first.

Quick Lists is designed for fast, ad-hoc searching while still giving you the option to export results, push contacts to your CRM, save your search, or have your search converted to a Dynamic List when ongoing tracking is needed.
