Lead Store is your marketplace for purchasing high-quality, targeted mortgage leads. Unlike external providers that charge high premiums ($50+) for low-converting data, Lead Store leverages MMI's transaction data* to provide you with cost-effective prospects that are actually relevant to your business.

With Lead Store, you receive verified contact information and transaction details, enabling you to know every borrower's financial situation before you call.

*Data Sources & Coverage: We combine public mortgage records, MLS transaction data, and consumer contact information into a nearly comprehensive database of active US mortgages, then process it through proprietary enrichment and validation to ensure accuracy.

Important Compliance Information: Public record data, not consumer intent leads - Borrowers have not requested contact or provided consent for mortgage solicitation.

How to Find and Purchase Leads

Follow these steps to identify and acquire your next prospect.

1. Access the Lead Store - Navigate to your dashboard and click to expand the sidebar to see the clickable graphic. 
    

   

   
   Note: If you don't see "Lead Store," it has been disabled by your administrator. Please contact them to request access for purchasing leads through Lead Store.

   Once you've arrived at the landing page, click the white button "Enter Lead Store." 

   

2. Define Your Ideal Borrower - Use the filter to narrow down the available leads based on your specific sales strategy.
    

   

   
   You can filter by:

   Location: Narrow results by State, County, or Zip Code to build a local pipeline.

   Loan Type: Filter by Conventional, FHA, VA, etc.

   Minimum Interest Rate: Target borrowers with rates significantly higher than the current market average.

   Minimum Loan Amount: Target specific loan sizes that fit your volume goals.

   Note: To maximize conversion, look for "Trigger Events." For example, filter for FHA loans with interest rates above 6.5% in your licensed states.
    

3. Identify - Click "Identify." Once filtered, the system will display the count of available leads matching your criteria. Your request will be queued for processing. Processing time can vary depending on the number of leads requested.

   Note: Lead Store will verify contact details and prepare your list, including the borrower's name, verified phone number, email address, and full property/loan details.

4. Review & Select - Select the number of leads you wish to purchase, using the "+" or "-" icons and click Checkout. 

5. Checkout - After confirming the number of leads, you will be taken to a Stripe payment screen to pay for your leads. You can pay with any major credit or use Klarna. 

   

   Note: A hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount, however only leads that can be successfully enriched with contact information will be delivered and you will only be charged for what can be delivered. 
    

6. Begin Outreach - Your purchased leads are available in your Purchased Leads history. You can download the list or import the leads directly to Bonzo, placing them in directly in a campaign and/or pipeline stage.
   
   
    

   
    

FAQ

Q: Where does the data come from? 
A: Lead Store utilizes MMI’s transaction data. This means you are viewing leads based on actual historical loan activity, giving you accurate insight into their current financial standing.

Q: How is this different from other lead providers? 
A: Most providers sell "intent" leads (someone clicked an ad) which often have low intent and high competition. Lead Store provides "data-driven" leads. You aren't guessing if they need a loan; you can see their current rate and know you can help them before you pick up the phone.

Q: How quickly can I call these leads? 
A: As soon as the transaction is complete, the verified contact information is available to you.

Q: Have these leads been checked for TCPA consent or DNC validated? 
A: No TCPA consent or DNC validation included - We make no guarantee that phone numbers are not on the Do Not Call registry. You are responsible for DNC screening and compliance with all federal and state calling regulations before contacting leads. Bonzo CRM users can enable automated DNC screening, but remain responsible for compliance.

Q: How much do leads cost?
A: Leads are priced at $0.60 per lead. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the total number of leads selected at checkout. However, you will only be charged for leads that are successfully enriched with contact information and delivered to you. Your final price will vary based on enrichment success but will never exceed the quoted total at checkout.

Q: Are lead purchases included in my seat price or contracted billing?
A: No. Lead Store purchases are separate from your MMI seat price and any contracted monthly billing. There is no recurring charge for Lead Store, you only pay for the enriched leads that are delivered. At checkout, you'll be directed to a Stripe payment page where you can securely add your credit card information or pay with Klarna.
