In addition to tracking past clients and transactions, Loan Officers can now access Pathways Home Property Pages and send home insight Digests with just a few clicks. Navigate to My Mortgages
Go to the Workspace dropdown in the left-hand navigation and select My Mortgages. This new tab houses My Properties among other tools.
Inside the My Mortgages tab, you’ll find four key views:
My Properties – shows all properties from public records plus any properties you've manually created. This landing page in My Mortgages serves as the primary action-oriented workspace for you to view, filter, and engage with all your properties.
Public Transactions – your historical borrower data, immediately available without prior login or import. From this integrated data, you can export information or preview a Pathways Property page. For digest sending and other actions, return to the My Properties tab (listed above).
Refinder – identifies properties where you, as a loan officer, were the last known originator on record. This includes purchases, refinances, or HELOCs. MMI uses your NMLS ID to associate you with these past transactions. Even if you adjust property details (such as balance or interest rate), MMI still attributes the loan to you based on public data.
Prospects – highlights potential borrowers in your core market area, based on where you’ve historically done most of your business. These are contacts you've never worked with, but who recently closed loans in your preferred region and with similar loan types.
Winback – surfaces borrowers you’ve previously worked with who have since completed another mortgage transaction, like a HELOC, with a different loan officer. This presents a chance to win them back.
Review Past Transactions and Take Action
This tab consolidates your complete borrower history and lets you add new borrowers, including recent closings and prospective clients. You'll see key data points such as:
Transaction date, full address, loan type, loan amount
Estimated balance, home value, and equity
Primary borrower name, transaction type, agents, title company, and builder
Preview the Borrower's Pathways Home Property Page

It's recommended that the admin configure a company disclaimer before sharing Property Pages. They can do this directly in Admin Center > Disclaimers. Pathways Home will display a default disclaimer on Property Pages with the following language, until one is established:
Send Test Welcome Email
Click the Send Test (plane icon) to send a preview of the welcome email to yourself or a friend or colleague. This allows you to see how the information will appear in an email client and on a device.
Send Welcome Email
Click the Send Welcome button to send a personalized email inviting the borrower to view their Property Page. This email is fully white-labeled with your brand and colors, positioning you as the primary contact for all future communication.
Before sending digests, the system automatically verifies that required elements like disclaimers and branding are configured to ensure compliance and an optimal borrower experience.
System will check to ensure that the organization admin has set a company disclaimer. If no disclaimer is set neither the admin nor any team members in the organization will be able to send digests; the feature will be grayed out.
Next, the system will check to ensure that secondary elements like a user profile image, company logo, and Property Page CTAs are configured. Though you can send a digest without these elements, it's recommended that the admin and/or user configure these pieces so that the Digest email and connected Property Page are properly branded and functional.
