The Borrower Property Page is a key component of the Pathways Home borrower engagement solution. Designed with a mobile-first, easy-to-understand layout, this dynamic page keeps homeowners informed long after closing, while keeping Loan Officers front and center as trusted guides.
Branded with company logos and colors, and personalized with borrower-specific home data, these pages help clients track their equity, explore refinance or investment opportunities, and take the next step in their homeowner journey, all with you as their point of contact.
Navigating the Borrower Property Page
Here’s what your clients will see and how it supports deeper engagement:
1. Home Equity Snapshot
The top of the page displays a real-time overview of the borrower’s:
Estimated current home value
Equity amount and percentage change over time
Property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, build year)
Dynamic Video (more below)
Note: We compile AVMs from multiple sources to identify the value of the home. For equity, we calculate approximate monthly payments based on interest rate and documented loan value, and we calculate the approximate loan balance by subtracting the number of payments made at the estimated loan payment.
Dynamic Video
A personalized video feature that transforms your borrowers' property data into an engaging educational experience. Each Property Page now includes an auto-generated video that welcomes borrowers, explains their home's current estimated value, and guides them through the available tools and calculators. The dynamic elements include the borrower's actual property details (address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage), their estimated home value, their local market, their actual home photo (when available), your brand colors and profile image. Best of all, the video updates automatically each month as new market data becomes available, encouraging borrowers to return and stay engaged with their property information.

2. Equity Action Carousel
Borrowers are invited to explore ways to leverage their equity:

Invest with Your Home
Clicking each option scrolls the borrower to the relevant section of the page with actionable tools and CTAs.
3. Level Up to a New Home
This section uses the borrower’s equity data to show what they may qualify for if they were to upgrade.
It includes a preview of homes they can afford, powered by the ComeHome Home Search platform.
Clicking “See All Homes” takes them to a live home search page, keeping you as their guide through the process.
4. Refinance Your Home
Borrowers can explore how a refinance or additional payments could impact their mortgage using an interactive Take Cash Out or Put Cash Down calculator.
Click on "Watch Video" to launch another dynamic video that helps the borrower understand their equity position. Just like the "Home Value" video, this feature uses the properties specific details and your brand colors and photo to help get the conversation started.
Note: If equity is below 20% of the total home value, the dynamic video will not be available on the Property Page.
For the calculators, as your borrowers adjust the slider, projected figures for their new loan update in real time.
5. Invest with Your Home
This section presents scenarios for:
Renting out the current home
Using equity to purchase an investment property & the rental potential with that property.
As your borrowers adjust the sliders, projected income updates in real time.
6. Loan Officer + Contact Options
Your contact info remain visible throughout the page, reinforcing your role as the borrower’s primary point of contact.

In addition, when a borrower clicks on text message or email, Pathways will pre-populate a message from them.
These contact options are customizable at the company level via your Account Settings > Pathways Home
