The Loan Officer Profile gives you a comprehensive, at-a-glance view of any loan officer in MMI. All functionality previously available in legacy search tools has been carried forward and expanded, so you can find, filter, and assess loan officers faster than ever from a single, unified experience.
Finding Loan Officers
From the navigation sidebar, open the Mortgage dropdown and click Loan Officers to reach the main Loan Officers page.
The search bar at the top of the page lets you locate a specific loan officer by name. Use the keyword filters (First Name, Last Name, Company, State, Zip) above the search bar to narrow results further, for example, combining a first name with a company name. This is especially useful when you only have partial information.
As you type, a dropdown of matching loan officers will appear. Click any result to go directly to their Fast Facts profile.
The Loan Officer search card is pinnable to your dashboard, meaning it's available the moment you log in — a handy shortcut for anyone who is regularly searching for loan officer contacts (i.e. recruiters)

Clicking a template applies a pre-set group of filters — displayed below the template buttons — and immediately updates the loan officer table. From there, click any name to open their Fast Facts profile.
Customizing with Filter Sets
For more targeted searches, open the filter sidebar to access a full range of filter options. All criteria previously available in legacy searches are supported here, including:

This payload includes key contact details, company information, and production metrics—everything your CRM needs to automatically create or update a record for that lender.
Below is an example payload and a breakdown of what each field means.
