Loan Officer: Search Bar

Get Started:

1. From your "My Workspace" page in MMI, click on the "Mortgage" dropdown and then on "Loan Officers."
   
   
   
    
2. In the top search bar, type in whatever information you have about the loan officer. This can include a first name, company name, ranking, or location.
   
   
    

3. Entering rankings such as “Gold,” “Platinum,” or “Bronze” will return loan officers that match those tiers. For example, John "Gold." 
   
   
   
   MMI will automatically sort these results by total production in descending order. Clicking on the record will bring you into the LOs "Fast Facts" profile where you can find more detailed production metrics and contact information. 
   
   
   
   You can also search by terms like “unranked” to identify users not currently tied to an active sponsor.
    

4. If you know the exact details of the loan officer you'd like to search for, use the keywords at the top of the bar such as First Name, Last Name, Company, State, and Zip. For example, type in the "Last Name" and then add a "State" to narrow your search. 
   
   
   
   After, using the keywords, you can narrow the search down further by typing into the search bar, the first name and the rank. Using keywords and the search bar simultaneously, you've now located the correct loan officer. 
   
   
    

5. Utilize the pin icon to save these search fields directly to your MMI Workspace.
   
   
   
   Returning to your Workspace, you will now see the search bar available for additional Loan Officer searches. 
   
   
    

The Loan Officer search gives you a faster, more flexible way to find the right people in MMI, even if you only have partial information. Whether you're looking to research top producers or simply connect with someone based on company or location, this tool removes guesswork and saves time.
