Loan Officer: Dynamic Lists

Dynamic Lists give you a smarter way to build and manage loan officer lists. Instead of exporting static files that are outdated as soon as they’re created, Dynamic Lists automatically refresh as the market changes.

You set the filters once, and your list keeps itself up to date, saving you time and ensuring your recruiting and marketing campaigns always run on the freshest data.

Navigate to Dynamic Lists

From your sidebar navigation, click into the Workspace section then select My Contacts.

This is your central hub for building and managing recruitment lists that automatically update.

Add a New List

1. If this is your first list, click the Create List button at the center of the screen. To add another list, use the + New button at the top of the page, enter a name in the modal.
2. Click Create.

Once your list is created, select it and click Filters on the list page. This will open the Dynamic List Filters panel, where you can begin customizing your criteria.

Apply Filters

Filters define exactly which loan officers will appear in your list.

Available filters include:

Loan Officer Details

• Role
• Loan Officer State
• Industry Tenure (days since first licensed, min/max)
• Company Tenure (min/max)
• Lender Category
• Lender Roster (min/max)

Overall Production – Rolling 14 Months

• Total Production Volume (min/max)
• Total Units Produced (min/max)

Transaction Details

• Timeframe (Rolling 12 Months, Year to Date, Custom)
• Start Date / End Date (when “Custom” is selected)
• Transaction State
• Loan Type
• Transaction Type
• Average Loan Amount (min/max)
• Filtered Production Volume (min/max)
• Filtered Units Produced (min/max)

👉 After setting your filters, your list updates automatically to display only the loan officers who match your criteria.

Manage Your List

From the main Dynamic Lists page, you can:

Filter – Adjust filters at any time using the panel on the right. 

Push to CRM – Send your list directly into your CRM with the Push to CRM button. 

Export List – Download your list as a file. 

Delete – Remove a saved list if it’s no longer needed. 

Dynamic Lists transform recruitment into a continuous, automated strategy. Instead of re-exporting static files, you now have living lists that update automatically as records change.
