MMI One Mobile App | Using ChatMMI

ChatMMI helps you ask questions about real estate and agent activity, review structured results, and identify useful insights and next steps.

Step 1 — Open ChatMMI

From MMI One, open ChatMMI. You can ask a question in the message field at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2 — Choose a suggested question

Review the suggested prompts or type your own question. ChatMMI can help you explore agent performance, partnerships, transaction activity, and other available data.

Step 3 — Review your results

Read the returned data table. Depending on the query, available actions may include Copy, Export, Save Agents, or Push Agents. Select an action only when it matches your intended workflow.

Step 4 — Review Key Insights and refine your question

Scroll to Key Insights for a plain-language summary of the results. Ask a follow-up question to narrow your analysis or explore a related topic.

Helpful Tips

Be specific about the agent group, metric, or comparison you want. Verify results before using them in customer-facing communications. Available actions and insights may vary by question and permissions.
