How to sync your phone contacts, review enriched contact information, and take action on opportunities.

Step 1: Open My Contacts

From the MMI One home screen, select My Contacts, the second tile at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Select Sync Phone Contacts

On the My Contacts screen, tap the pink Sync Phone Contacts banner at the top. This opens the phone-contact syncing explanation.

Step 3: Review the benefits of syncing

Read the information explaining how syncing can help surface property activity, enrich contact data, and identify opportunities. You can choose whether to include enriched financial details when the option is available.

Step 4: Tap Sync My Contacts

Select the pink Sync My Contacts button. If your phone prompts you for permission, allow the contact access you want to share.

Step 5: Browse your contacts

Return to My Contacts. Search for a contact or review the contact cards, including any available enriched property and loan information.

Step 6: Open Contact Details

Tap a contact card to open its details and review available contact actions, suggested messages, and Property Pulse insights.

Step 7: Review suggested outreach

Choose a suggested outreach category and review the message. Select Edit to personalize the message, or Send SMS to continue to your messaging app.

Step 8: Explore Property Pulse

Scroll to Property Pulse for available property information. Select Share Property Pulse to preview the information you can share.

Step 9: Filter your contact list

Return to My Contacts and tap the filter icon. Select the relevant contact criteria, then tap Apply. Use Reset to clear filters.

Step 10: Add a contact

Tap Add Contact, enter the available contact fields, and select Add Contact to save.

Troubleshooting

If contacts do not sync, review the MMI One app’s contact permissions in your phone settings. Enrichment may not be available for every contact. Review suggested messages and confirm appropriate consent before sending outreach. For help, email support@mmi.io.
