Learn how to invite a contact to Pathways Home and explore the homeowner-facing experience available in Pathways Home.

Before you begin

Open the MMI One Mobile App. The homeowner screens included in these instructions are examples of the branded Pathways Home experience; available information and options may vary.

Step 1: Open MMI One

From the MMI One mobile dashboard, locate the Pathways Home invitation opportunity and open it.

Step 2: Review the invitation list

Review the available contacts and properties in the Invite to Pathways Home screen. Use search and filters to locate a recipient.

Step 3: Select a contact

Choose the contact you want to invite. Review the property card and use the Send Invite action.

Step 4: Review the invitation message

Read the prewritten invitation in the Pathways Home Invite window before sending.

Step 5: Send the invitation

Tap Send SMS to open your phone’s messaging app with the invitation prepared.
 

Step 6: Review the Invitation that the customer sees

Confirm the recipient and message in the native messaging app. Send the text when ready.

Step 7: Explore the homeowner experience

Review the branded Pathways Home homeowner dashboard, including home value, equity and property information.

Step 8: Review property insights

Open My Property to view the property overview and available equity insights.

Step 9: Explore homeowner options

Use the homeowner tools to explore potential options such as refinancing, cash-out, HELOC or debt consolidation.

Step 10: View the equity wallet

The Equity Wallet displays available equity and related options, including tools for exploring financial scenarios.

Step 11: Explore Homes

Open Home Search to view property listings and related actions.
