Realtor Dynamic Lists 

Realtor Dynamic Lists are now open to all members, moving out from behind the beta flag and into general availability. This feature allows you to quickly identify and target groups of real estate agents based on a wide array of filters—making it easy to build and export lists for outreach and recruiting.

With Dynamic Lists, you can generate precise realtor segments using criteria like production metrics, location, and tenure, then export your results for immediate use in campaigns or other workflows. 

Embedded ChatMMI Experience

ChatMMI is now fully integrated into Loan Officer Profile Pages through a new embedded side panel experience. This context-aware AI automatically understands which profile you’re viewing—along with the relevant production data, metrics, and trends—and provides instant insights without leaving the page.

You also have the ability to pin ChatMMI directly to your home screen so you have access to all of your insights right from login!

MMI ↔ Bonzo OAuth Integration 

We’ve taken a major step toward deeper platform connectivity with the introduction of OAuth authentication between MMI and Bonzo. This new integration securely links accounts across both systems, allowing for faster setup and real-time data sharing.

Once connected, users will benefit from seamless synchronization—paving the way for future enhancements like pushing borrower information, property data, and Property Pages directly from MMI to Bonzo with a single click. This update lays the foundation for a fully unified experience across both platforms while improving security and reliability.

Bugs, Improvements, & Feature Requests

We’ve made a series of refinements and fixes across the platform to improve stability, accuracy, and everyday usability:

• Linked Agent Profiles to Offices: Realtor and agent profile pages now include direct hyperlinks to related office pages for easier navigation. 
• CSV Export Fixes: Resolved an issue where “All Past Transactions” exports occasionally failed to download properly. 
• Quick Analytics Accuracy: Addressed a data display issue that caused some lender profiles to show duplicate analytics results. 
• Dynamic List Enhancements: Added a new Company Tenure (Days) column for deeper insights into agent and company longevity. 

These updates tighten performance, polish small details, and help ensure every action in Data Center feels smooth and dependable.

Enhanced Behavior Tracking 

We’ve expanded Pathways Home’s tracking capabilities to capture engagement from unauthenticated users who interact with Property Pages before creating an account. This improvement gives loan officers a more complete view of borrower behavior—from first interaction through conversion.

Pathways Home Login & SSO Improvements 

Borrowers can now enjoy a seamless, personalized experience across Pathways Property Pages and Come Home, thanks to the new single sign-on authentication system. This enhancement connects both products under one login, giving users consistent access to saved searches, personalized recommendations, and other connected features.

For loan officers, this means a complete view of borrower engagement from the very first interaction—helping you track interest, follow up intelligently, and understand which touchpoints lead to conversions.
