When you're viewing an LO profile, a convenient Chat MMI panel can be opened right on the page, automatically understanding which loan officer you're researching and offering instant analysis of their production metrics, realtor partnerships, and recruitment potential. This context-aware assistant provides pre-configured prompts for common tasks like generating profile summaries or assessing recruitment fit, while still allowing you to ask custom questions about any aspect of the loan officer's data.
As we continue to expand this feature, you'll see Embedded Chat MMI integrated into Realtor profiles, Lender profiles, and other key pages throughout the MMI platform.
How to Use Embedded Chat MMI
Access the Feature
When viewing any loan officer profile, look for the animated Chat MMI button in the top-right area of the profile.
This button will display a animation when you hover over it, indicating it's ready to use.
Open the Chat Panel
Click the launcher button to open the Chat MMI side panel. On desktop, this panel will slide in from the right side of your screen, overlaying your side panel.
Here you can also click the Pin to icon to have ChatMMI accessible anytime on your home screen!
Review Context Information
At the top of the Chat MMI panel, you'll see context details confirming which loan officer you're analyzing, including their name, NMLS ID, and your own NMLS information. This ensures Chat MMI understands exactly who you're researching and can provide relevant, personalized insights.
Use Pre-Configured Prompts
Quick-action prompts are available as clickable buttons for common questions:
Close the Chat MMI panel at any time by clicking the X button in the corner. Note that your conversation history is maintained while the panel remains open, but navigating to a different loan officer's profile will start a fresh Chat MMI session with new context.
You can also start a new chat by clicking on the blue circle with the +.
Ask Custom Questions
Beyond the pre-configured prompts, you can type any custom question about the loan officer into the chat input field. Chat MMI will respond with full awareness of the profile context, allowing you to dig deeper into specific aspects of their business, compare metrics, or explore unique scenarios relevant to your recruitment or partnership strategy.
After Chat MMI provides analysis, you can still leverage your quick action buttons to:
- Push to CRM - Add the loan officer directly to your customer relationship management system
- Export - Download profile data or analysis for offline review or sharing with your team
- Track - Add the loan officer to a watch list for ongoing monitoring.
