When you search for a property address, you'll now see a visual property snapshot with three clear action options: Visit Property Page, View Deed History, and View Listing History.

  Unified history modal: Both listing and deed history are now housed in a single, tabbed modal for easy navigation.

Single Sign-On Authentication for Borrowers

We’ve made it easier than ever for borrowers to explore their Pathways Property Pages and Come Home experiences with a new Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Borrowers can now enjoy personalized content, saved searches, and connected tools—all with one simple login that ties their Property Page activity together.

Property Pages in Bonzo Communications

Bonzo users with Pathways Home permissions can now seamlessly share personalized property insights right inside their borrower communications.

You can manually add a Property ID to any contact record and use the new Property Page URL merge tag in your Bonzo messages to send borrowers directly to their personalized Property Page.

To make getting started simple, we’ve also released two new Borrower Engagement campaigns that showcase how to integrate Property Pages into your outreach.
