🌟 TOP HIGHLIGHT 🌟:
MMI Now Sets the Standard for Agent Data Accuracy
Agent data has always been one of the most difficult challenges in the industry. Unlike Loan Officers—who are regulated with a single national ID—agents often appear under multiple IDs across different boards, with inconsistent or incorrect information. This results in duplicate profiles, inaccurate production numbers, and messy insights.
MMI has now solved this problem. Through extensive data engineering and proprietary unification methods, we now consolidate agent records across boards into a single, accurate profile. This process eliminates duplication, surfaces verified contact information, and ensures production and wallet share analytics truly reflect the agent—not fragmented versions of them.
What does this mean for you?
MMI is now the only platform that delivers clean, unified, and accurate Agent data at scale, setting a new industry standard. This breakthrough not only improves the quality of individual profiles but also transforms the accuracy of the insights and analytics built on top of them.
Other Data improvements include:
- Loan Transaction Type Simplification Loan transactions are now categorized into three streamlined groups—Purchase, Refinance, and Equity. This replaces the previous granular buckets, improving accuracy and reducing classification errors.
- Listing Alerts Enhancement Listing alerts have been updated with improved notification capabilities, helping you stay on top of market activity more effectively.
