Q: What is Pathways Home and when does it launch?
A: Pathways Home helps loan officers stay connected with past clients through personalized property pages showing equity growth and opportunities. It is live now and available at no extra charge.
Q: How do I activate Pathways Home for my borrowers?
A: If you’re connected to MMI, Pathways will automatically identify publicly available closed loans. You can can preview Property Pages and manually send the first digest directly from the Mortgages > My Mortgages > My Properties
Q: What will homeowners (borrowers/consumers) see?
A: 1) A branded property page showing their current home equity, value changes, refinancing options, and home search tools. Everything appears with the loan officer's branding and contact information. 2) A fully branded welcome email that invites them to view their equity snapshot (or Property Page). 3) With the Bonzo integration, continued communication that can be fully customized to match your voice and strategy.
Q: How do organizations manage branding?
A: Large organizations use the Admin Center for centralized branding control. Individual team members can upload a personal photo to be used for Property Pages and the email Digest directly within their User Profile.
Q: How do organizations manage CTAs and communication?
A: Organizations use the Admin Center to establish primary and secondary CTAs as well as default communication options. Pending approval from the admin, individual loan officers can customize their comm. settings and Property Page CTAs through their User Profile > Pathways Settings.
Q: What about federal licenses for bank/credit union clients? How are they able to show their licenses?
A: Pathways will automatically detect and include federal licenses in the disclaimer section without any manual intervention from admins, ensuring compliance for all entity types including banks and credit unions.
Q: Are new transactions automatically added to "Public Transactions"?
A: Yes, after the necessary closing window as properties pass through public record, they will automatically appear in your "Public Transactions" tab with the ability to view their Property Page and send digests.
Q: Why can't I see some of my transactions or send digests for certain properties?
A: Occasionally, some properties in your transaction history may not display Property Page links or allow digest sending. This happens when our system cannot properly match the property address in our database due to incomplete or inconsistent address information from public records.
Properties affected by this issue will appear in your transaction list but won't have active Property Page or Send Digest buttons. This is a data quality issue that typically resolves itself as public records are updated. In a future release, users will have the ability to manually add this property in the “My Properties” page (currently under development).
