Release Notes · May 21st, 2026
This release brings the Loan Officer profile to parity with the legacy view, adds executive-level lender insight, and continues to make the connections between Data Center, Bonzo, and Pathways Home feel more automatic.
New MMI One Accounts Are Ready Out of the Box
New MMI One accounts now come fully wired up the moment they're created. Bonzo and Data Center are connected automatically — no manual setup, no missing connections — so users can start working across the platform from day one.
What's New
- Bonzo and Data Center connections provisioned automatically for new MMI One accounts
- No manual setup or technical configuration required at account creation
- Users land in a fully connected platform on first login
Past Client Intelligence at Signup
Loan officers can now connect their NMLS ID during account setup to automatically enroll their past clients into MonitorBase. Instead of waiting weeks for client data to populate manually, users get intelligence on their existing book of business from the moment they log in.
What's New
- Connect your NMLS ID during MMI One account setup
- Past clients auto-enroll into MonitorBase for monitoring and alerts
- Immediate visibility into your existing book of business — no manual import needed
One-Click Return to MMI One
A dedicated MMI One link is now available from inside both Bonzo and Data Center, making it easy to jump back to the Lobby without navigating away or opening a new tab.
What's New
- One-click MMI One link surfaced inside Bonzo and Data Center
- Returns users directly to the MMI One Lobby
- Reduces context-switching when moving between apps
Loan Officer Comparison Tool
Compare any two loan officers side by side without leaving the profile you're already viewing. The new Loan Officer Comparison tool brings production trends, profile statistics, and earned performance badges into a single in-product view — so you can identify top performers, benchmark results, and make data-driven decisions about your lending team.
What's New
- Launch the comparison tool directly from any Loan Officer Fast Facts profile via the Compare action
- Side-by-side production graphs visualize performance trends over time for each selected loan officer
- Detailed profile statistics and earned performance badges displayed for each officer
- Adjustable date range controls let you focus on specific time periods or track long-term trends
- Compare multiple loan officers simultaneously to benchmark performance across your team

A More Complete Loan Officer Profile
The redesigned Loan Officer profile is now nearly at full parity with the legacy view — and in several places, goes further. This release closes the remaining gaps so you can rely on the new profile for everything you used to do in the old one, with a layout that's faster to scan and easier to customize.
What's New
- License History — see both active and inactive licenses with Company and State columns, matching the legacy profile
- Export Summary — generate the same export users relied on in the legacy view, directly from the new profile
- Smarter profile photos — profiles pull from both user-uploaded and internal sources
- LO-editable Tenure — Loan Officers can now edit their Industry Tenure and Company Tenure directly from Account Settings (defaults to NMLS Consumer Access data until configured)
- Unified Agent Relationships widget — Buyside and Listside agents combined into a single widget with a Buy Side / List Side / Dual filter
- Brokered Breakdown & Transactions by State — promoted from a buried sub-tab into customizable widgets on the main profile
- Buyside and Listside agents in Transaction History — evaluate partnership performance deal-by-deal without leaving the page
- "Saved Searches" → "Quick Lists" — small but overdue rename for terminology consistency
Social Links on LO and Realtor Profiles
The Fast Facts side-pane on Loan Officer and Realtor profiles now surfaces Facebook and Instagram links when available — joining the existing NMLS, Google, LinkedIn, and X icons. One more way to size up a partner before you reach out.
What's New
- Facebook and Instagram icon-links added to the Fast Facts side-pane
- Available on both Loan Officer and Realtor profiles
- Links populate when social URLs are available for the contact
Executive Contacts on Lender Profiles
A new section on the Lender Profile side-pane surfaces up to five executive contacts (CEO, CFO, VP of Sales, and more) for any lender. Contact details stay blurred until you click View & Export, which spends from your existing token balance — same model as Dynamic Lists. The legacy Organization sub-tab is being hidden in parallel, since executive data now lives where users naturally look for it.
What's New
- Up to 5 executive contacts shown on the Lender Profile side-pane
- Details blurred until reveal — pay with existing token balance (same model as Dynamic Lists)
- Legacy Organization sub-tab hidden, since data now lives on the main profile

Loan Officer Movement & Production Widget on Lender Profiles
A new widget on Lender Profiles visualizes loan officer activity and volume trends over time, making it easier to assess lender performance and growth patterns at a glance. Find it under Quick Analytics on the Lender Fast Facts page.
What's New
- Visualizes loan officer count and loan volume trends over time
- Surfaces lender performance and growth patterns at a glance
- Available under Quick Analytics on the Lender Fast Facts page

Search & Profile Polish
A handful of focused improvements to how you find and act on people across the platform.
What's New
- Zip Code search parameter — the main search bar now filters LO and Agent searches by zip code
- Quick Actions refresh — visual cleanup of the action button row across LO, Agent, and Lender sidepanes
- Mass-delete Agent Tracking Alerts — group-select agents you no longer want to track from the Agent Tracking tab
- Clickable Title Agencies on Agent Profiles — Title agencies now link directly to the corresponding Title page
- Loan Officers above Lenders in sidebar— small reorder of the Mortgage sidebar dropdown so LOs sit above Lenders, matching the order most users navigate in
Builder Data Expansion
39,000 new Builder records added — roughly a 50% increase in coverage. If you work the Builder vertical, expect to see more matches in your searches and profiles.
Dynamic List Sync
A redesigned Sync Settings panel lets you push Dynamic Lists directly into Bonzo on a schedule you control — no more manual exports and uploads. Set how often the sync runs, and configure exactly where the data lands in Bonzo, all from one place.
What's New
- Configurable sync frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly schedules
- Bonzo-specific routing — assign the synced list to a campaign, pipeline stage, and define merge behavior on each scheduled push
- Delta-based sync — only new or changed records are pushed to the destination, keeping your CRM clean

"Needs Reply" Filter
A new filter in both the People tab and the Conversations tab surfaces prospects who responded to you but haven't been responded to back. Cuts the manual work of figuring out who's waiting on a reply.
What's New
- "Needs Reply" filter available in both the People tab and the Conversations tab
- Surfaces prospects who replied to you but haven't received a response yet
- Removes manual work of tracking down who's waiting on a reply
Self-Service Upgrade to Opportunity Intelligence
Existing MonitorBase customers integrated in Bonzo can now upgrade to the full Opportunity Intelligence alert model on their own — directly from System Integrations, no support ticket required. Existing custom configurations are preserved through the upgrade.
What's New
- Upgrade available directly from System Integrations — no support ticket needed
- "Integration update available" banner on the MonitorBase Prospects page surfaces the nudge
- Existing custom field configurations are preserved through the upgrade
- Patch runs in the background — no page reload or manual field configuration
Unmatched Alert Routing Control
Admins can now choose what happens when a MonitorBase alert arrives for an email that doesn't match any Bonzo user. Route it to a fallback user to keep automation running, or log it silently to keep a record without triggering any campaigns.
What's New
- Choose a fallback user to receive unmatched MonitorBase alerts
- Or log unmatched alerts silently — recorded without triggering automations
- Configurable per admin from Bonzo settings
Lead Routing Policy Improvements
Two updates that make Lead Routing Policies work more naturally with the rest of Bonzo — both on import, and for users who toggle their availability.
What's New
- "Accepting Round Robin Leads" setting now respected — Round Robin Lead Routing Policies now honor each user's "Accepting Round Robin Leads" setting. Users with this turned off are skipped in the rotation, and quota counters do not increment for skipped users.
- Selectable as a routing method during contact import— the import Settings page now surfaces both native routing options and available Lead Routing Policies in a single selector. When a policy is selected, the Assigned To field is disabled and a conflict warning appears if a campaign or pipeline stage was already configured earlier in the import flow.
Pathways Contacts Enroll Cleanly into Bonzo Campaigns
Borrowers who existed in both Pathways and Bonzo with matching emails were hitting a "missing email" error when an LO tried to enroll them in a Bonzo campaign from the Pathways side. Fixed.
What's New
- Pathways contacts with matching Bonzo emails now enroll into Bonzo campaigns without error
- Validation logic corrected to recognize emails present in both systems
🐞 Bug Fixes
Reliability and performance improvements shipping this release.
Data Center
- Title agencies on Agent Profiles are now clickable links, and the "Error loading agent title data" issue on FL agent profiles is resolved
