Release Notes: April 8th, 2026

This release brings powerful new search and filtering tools to Data Center, real-time borrower engagement intelligence to Pathways Home, and important messaging and workflow improvements across Bonzo. Key highlights include targeted LO search filters, a new Attribution Center on My Properties, smarter SMS handling, and a redesigned Webhook interface.

Targeted LO Search Filters

Finding specific loan officers just got a lot easier. Instead of relying on a single free-text search box, you can now filter by first name, last name, company, and state using clickable filter pills. Switch to Specific Search mode for precise results, or toggle back to wildcard search at any time.

What's New:

• Specific Search mode with filter pills for first name, last name, company, and state
• Seamless toggle between Wildcard and Specific Search modes
• Faster, more relevant results when you know who you're looking for

LO Search

Lender Quick Lists

Finding and acting on lender data is now much more streamlined. Lender Quick Lists give you a faster way to search, filter, and work through lender results directly in Data Center. You can narrow lenders by business details, production volume, transaction activity, and more, then export your list or push selected lenders to your CRM.

What’s New:

• Quick Lists are now the default experience in the Lenders tab
• Filter lenders by details like category, tenure, roster size, branch count, licenses, and location
• Refine results using production and transaction data, including volume, units, loan types, transaction types, and time frame
• Save filter combinations as Saved Searches for quick reuse later
• Export selected lenders or push them to your connected CRM

Lender Quick Lists

Fast Facts Profile Updates

Fast Facts profiles now show more data by default and are easier to navigate. Relationship tables default to "All Time" so you see the full picture immediately, and profile links now support opening in a new tab — so you can browse multiple profiles without losing your place.

What's New:

• Relationship tables default to "All Time" for maximum data visibility on first load

• Profile links in relationship tables support right-click and cmd-click to open in a new tab

• Loan officer profile photos now appear on LO Fast Facts profiles

Help Center Button

The Help Center has been moved to the top bar, so it no longer floats over page content. This keeps it accessible from anywhere in the app while staying out of the way.

Attribution Center on My Properties

Your My Properties page now shows how borrowers are engaging with your property pages. A new engagement panel at the top surfaces page views, pre-qualification clicks, tour requests, and saved properties. Enhanced filter tabs help you prioritize which borrowers to reach out to next.

Attribution Center

SMS Unavailable State

Bonzo now clearly indicates when a contact's phone number can't receive text messages. The message composer is automatically disabled for landlines, VoIP numbers, and invalid numbers — saving you tokens and giving you instant clarity on contact reachability.

What's New:

• Visual indicator when a contact's number is not SMS-capable
• Message composer automatically disabled for non-SMS contacts
• Clear reachability signals before you send

Consumer Cell Carrier Visibility

You can now see the carrier type — mobile, landline, or VoIP — for each contact directly on their record. Know the best way to reach someone before you pick up the phone or send a text.

What's New:

• Carrier type displayed on contact records
• Quickly identify mobile vs. landline vs. VoIP numbers
• Make informed outreach decisions based on reachability

Inline Merge Tag Shortcut

Personalizing messages just got faster. Type # in any SMS or email editor to instantly pull up a merge tag picker — no more navigating through menus to insert contact fields.

What's New:

• Type # in the SMS or email editor to trigger the merge tag picker
• Browse and insert merge tags without leaving the composer
• Works in campaigns, broadcasts, and one-to-one messages

Webhook Redesign and Performance

The Webhook interface has been redesigned with a cleaner, more modern layout. The biggest improvement is loading speed — especially for larger organizations — thanks to a smarter default on the Logs view. Core functionality like routing, mapping, and prospect handling is unchanged.

What's New:

• Refreshed Webhook UI with a cleaner layout and modern look
• Logs view now defaults to the last 7 days for significantly faster load times
• Adjustable timeframe options (24 hours, 30 days, 90+ days) with status and name filters
• Clearer log detail view with post URL accessible at the top of the screen

Nested Campaign Search

Campaign search now finds campaigns inside folders. If your campaigns are organized in a folder structure, search will now surface them regardless of how deeply they're nested.

What's New:

• Search results include campaigns nested inside folder structures

This release also includes important reliability and performance improvements:

Bonzo

• Token purchasing, allocation, rollover, and discount pricing now work reliably across all scenarios
• Pipeline stage actions correctly enroll leads into campaigns
• Pipeline changes are now immediately reflected on the prospect card
• Campaign message previews display the correct sending dates
• Campaign settings save consistently across all configurations
• Saved column view filters now persist after navigating away
• Images uploaded in Design Studio render correctly
• Videos uploaded in Super User settings now display immediately
• The landing page displays correctly on mobile devices
• Add-on and seat management in billing works correctly across all scenarios
• Broadcast recipient counts now match actual sends
• Advanced date filters return accurate results

Data Center

• The Top RE Offices report loads correctly for all customers (infinite spinner resolved)
• Quick Lists now return full results instead of capping at 100 records
• Dark mode column headers in Refinder, Prospects, and Winback are now readable
• Office Roster profiles load correctly when clicked
• Agent sold listing data displays accurately on profiles
