Dynamic Lists can now automatically send Loan Officers to your CRM webhook or to Bonzo. The Sync Settings Once configured, the system will keep your selected destination, campaign or pipeline stage up to date in the background.
This feature is designed to help automate common outreach workflows. For example, you might send a list of Loan Officers filtered by criteria like '2 million in total production volume' directly into a Bonzo introduction campaign — and as new prospects meet those list criteria over time, they're automatically added to that campaign for instant, hands-free outreach. Thus, after the initial setup, the platform handles the syncing automatically, so your outreach stays current without manual list pulls.
Configuring Your List
To configure a Dynamic List:
- Navigate to Workspace > Contacts
- Click on the Loan Officer sub-tab at the top
- Use the filters to establish your list criteria
- Click Save at the top.
Note: Sync settings are currently only available on Loan Officer Dynamic Lists.

Configuring Your Sync Settings
- After you've built and saved the list, click on the Sync Settings button.
- A module will appear providing a quick overview of the list and the ability to configure destination and merge settings.
-
You have the option to chose a CRM Push URL Webhook, configured by clicking on your Profile → Webhooks and pasting in your CRM Push URL and clicking Save Webhook.
- Choose Bonzo to use the first-party CRM integration made through API connection between MMI > Bonzo. This can be configured by clicking on your Profile → Webhooks. Then clicking "Connect" at the Bonzo CRM integration.
Note: clicking "Connect" will prompt a login screen asking you to approve the connection. Once connected you can navigate back to this paged and the button should now say "Connected"
- With the Bonzo connection you will be able to choose to send your list to a Campaign or to a Pipeline stage. The Campaign and Pipeline Stage dropdown will provide all the available Campaigns and Pipelines within your account. It's important to note, you can send separate lists to different destinations.
- Next, move to Advanced Settings where you can:
Auto-Sync Changes – Automatically sync updates to the dynamic list when new loan officers meet the filter criteria. Sends Loan Officer to configured destination.
Merge Duplicates – Merge contacts that already exist in Bonzo, based on matching phone number or emai, instead of creating duplicates
Re-attach Duplicates – If duplicates are merged, re-attach them to the selected campaign or pipeline stage, effectively restarting the campaign or returning them to the entry point of the pipeline.
Once saved, the selected settings remain tied to that specific list. Changing filter criteria for that list will not alter the sync settings.
How Syncing Works Behind the Scenes
After you save your settings, the system schedules a background job that runs weekly = 7 Days from when the the sync settings were initially configured at 7AM MT.
Each time the job runs, it:
- Checks for new or updated contacts in the Dynamic List
- Sends those updates to the selected destination
- Updates the sync status once complete
Because syncing only sends changes, your integrations remain current without repeatedly sending the entire list.
Sync Settings turn a Dynamic List into a living pipeline—automatically moving the right contacts into Bonzo or other systems as your data evolves.
