The Total Expert Email Push integration allows you to send contacts directly from MMI into your Total Expert (TE) database using a simple CRM Email Push button. This integration uses email lead parsing to automatically route contact details into your system, eliminating manual entry and helping you act on key opportunities faster.
In Total Expert
To start, you’ll need to configure an email address that allows Total Expert to accept leads via email. This is done by taking your Total Expert username and adding @totalexpert.net
to the end of it. For example, if your TE username is jdoe, your parsing email address would be jdoe@totalexpert.net. If you're unfamiliar with this process, Total Expert provides a help article walking through how to create and activate this email parsing address.
In MMI
Once you’ve created the email address, navigate to MMI and open the user profile for each team member who will be using the push function. Paste the newly created @totalexpert.net
address into the appropriate field and save the profile. After doing this, the CRM Email Push button will appear automatically on every contact record in MMI for those users.
- In the MMI dashboard, navigate to the "Account Settings" found in the top right of your dashboard.
- Click on the CRM Email Push dropdown to reveal the CRM Email Push field.
- Place the email address in the appropriate field and save. The CRM Email Push button will now appear on every contact record in MMI.
Sending a Contact to Total Expert
Pushing a contact to your Total Expert database only takes a few steps:

Search for the Agent or Loan Officer you'd like to add.

Click the CRM Push/Add to Prospect List icon in their Fast Facts profile.

Fill in any missing required fields, such as email or phone number.

Click the Send CRM Email button.
Once submitted, the contact will be parsed and appear in your Total Expert account shortly after.
