This release includes improvements across Lead Store, Tokens, Campaigns, Realtor tools, Pathways, workflow navigation, and system performance.
Lead Store Updates
New: County Filter
You can now filter leads by County inside Lead Store.
This gives you more precise geographic targeting, especially in larger metro areas where city-level filtering may not be specific enough.
Use County alongside State and City filters to narrow results to the exact markets you want to target.
New: Origination Date Filter
Lead Store now includes an Origination Date filter.
This allows you to narrow results based on when a loan was originated. It’s particularly useful if you’re targeting borrowers within a specific timeframe or focusing on recent activity.
Token System Improvements
We’ve simplified how tokens work to make balances clearer and purchasing more flexible.
Unified Token Balance
“Top-up tokens” are no longer tracked separately. All tokens behave the same, with balances rolling over month to month as long as the account is active
This removes confusion and makes it easier to understand how many tokens you have available.
One-Time Token Purchases
You can now make one-time token purchases directly inside the platform.
These purchases are not tied to a subscription, giving you the flexibility to increase your balance when needed without changing your plan.
Expanded Agent Active Listings View
The Agent Active Listings view now includes additional transaction clarity with new columns:
• Status
• LS Agent
• LS Office
• BS Agent
• BS Office
This helps clarify when an agent appears on the buy side of a pending transaction and reduces confusion when reviewing listing data.
Push to CRM Modal (Single Contact)
New confirmation modal when pushing a single contact to your CRM.
Previously, single-contact pushed immediately. You can now review and confirm contact details before completing the push.
Realtor Profile Enhancements
Realtor Fast Facts — Sidebar Improvement
We’ve added key performance metrics in the Realtor profile sidebar.
You can now quickly view:
• Buyer-side transaction count and volume
• Listing-side transaction count and volume
• Dual-side transaction count and volume
Realtor Quick List Improvements
Realtor Quick Lists now provide more powerful targeting tools.
Transaction Side Filtering
You can now filter and sort agents by:
• List-side activity
• Buy-side activity
• Dual-side activity
Each can be filtered and sorted by:
• Transaction count
• Transaction volume
This allows you to quickly identify the right type of agent for your referral strategy.
City-Level Location Filtering
City has been added as a location filter inside Quick Lists.
Location filtering now follows a clear hierarchy:
State → County → City
This gives you more granular geographic control when building realtor outreach lists.
People Tab Workflow Enhancement
Next / Previous Contact Navigation
You can now move directly between contacts while inside a contact record.
If you are working from a filtered or sorted People list:
• Navigation respects your active filters
• It maintains your sort order
• It works across pagination
• It disables cleanly at the start or end of your list
This allows you to call, text, or review contacts sequentially without jumping back to the People tab after each record.
Campaign Duplication — Clearer Settings Control
Duplicating campaigns is now more transparent and predictable.
When you duplicate a campaign, you’ll now see a modal that lets you choose whether to:
• Copy settings from the original campaign
• Apply your saved default settings
• Start with blank settings
You can also choose to remember your preference for future duplications.
LendingPad Integration — Improved Error Messaging
LendingPad integration errors now display the full descriptive error message inside prospect notes.
Previously, only an error code was shown. Now you can see the complete explanation of what went wrong, making troubleshooting faster and easier.
Pathways Borrower Enrichment
Pathways now supports Borrower Enrichment directly within My Properties.
If a borrower record is missing contact information, you can now:
- Select one or more properties
- Click Enrich in the group actions bar
- Confirm the number of borrowers being enriched
Pathways will search for missing:
• Email address
• Full name
• Phone number
Once enrichment completes:
• The table refreshes automatically
• Contact status icons update
• A notification confirms how many borrowers were enriched
This reduces manual work and makes it easier to enroll borrowers into Bonzo campaigns.
Availability:
• Requires Bonzo connection via Webhooks & Integrations
