Home Search
Home Search now offers two flexible sharing options to maximize your reach and engagement. In addition to personalized magic links for one-on-one borrower tracking, you can now create a custom Public Home Search link with a memorable URL (e.g., pathwayshome.com/YourName) designed for broad marketing distribution.
This dual approach allows you to track individual engagement through personalized links while building market-wide awareness through a single branded URL you can share everywhere—social media, websites, email signatures, and marketing materials—without authentication conflicts.

- Public Home Search Link: Generate a custom, shareable URL with your personalized suffix (pathwayshome.com/DanLawrence) that maintains your branding and pre-qualification link without authentication tokens

LO Favorites Upgrade
LO Favorites introduces a enhanced way to save, organize, and filter priority Loan Officers directly inside Data Center.

Quick Templates on Loan Officers Search
Quick Templates adds five predefined, card-based saved searches above the Find Loan Officers results table so teams can apply curated filter sets instantly.
What’s New
- Five predefined template cards displayed above results
- Confirmation modal shows criteria before applying
- Filters apply in bulk on confirmation and results refresh automatically
- “Applied” visual state for the selected template
- Any manual filter change deselects the template while preserving modified filters
- Global search relocated beside the page title for faster Name/NMLS lookups

Improved Visibility for Failed 1:1 SMS Messages
When a direct (1:1) SMS message fails to deliver, Bonzo now surfaces it immediately so it doesn’t get missed.

Custom Columns and Custom Views
Campaign Duplication Settings Control
Duplicating a campaign is now clearer and more predictable. Previously, duplicated campaigns could inherit unexpected settings, creating confusion around which configuration would apply.
What’s New
- New duplication modal when selecting “Duplicate”
- Choose whether the new campaign uses the source campaign’s settings, your default campaign settings (if configured), or blank campaign settings
- Default option is automatically disabled if no default settings exist
This update ensures users have full control over how duplicated campaigns are structured, reducing setup friction and preventing unexpected behavior.

My Properties: Auto-Refresh + Manual Sync
My Properties now updates immediately after enrolling borrowers and includes a new Sync button for pulling recent public transactions on demand.

- Auto-refresh after enrollment so campaign enrollment status updates immediately
- Manual Sync button to pull public transactions from the last 30 days at any time
- On-demand control instead of waiting for scheduled daily updates
