MMI Platform Updates
This release includes improvements across MMI One, Data Center, Bonzo, and Pathways, with a focus on activation, campaign execution, data quality, filtering, and communication control.
Title Data Improvements
Title company data accuracy has been improved by correcting how transactions, amounts, and company associations are attributed. This resolves issues caused by outdated identifiers and ensures more reliable reporting and search results.
Dynamic title company tracking is now supported, allowing updates without disrupting historical transaction data.
Dynamic Lists and Searches: Quick Action Bar
When multiple records are selected in Dynamic Lists, a new Quick Action Bar appears, providing faster access to common actions without leaving the list view.
Quick Lists Results Table Adjustments
Improvements have been made to the Quick Lists results table to improve usability and performance.
Title Profiles
Introduced updated title company profile pages with improved layout and clarity. Provides a centralized view of title company performance, operating states, and transaction activity.
Title Search Upgrade
Introduced an enhanced Title Search experience for discovering title companies by name, region, and operating state. Adds Quick Lists–based filtering to surface relevant title companies. Includes advanced filtering by production metrics, loan characteristics, and transaction data to identify top-performing title partners. Results link directly to Title company profiles for deeper review and action.
Title Search: Global Search Bar
Use the Global Search bar at the top of the page to quickly find Title Companies by name.
Begin typing a company name (for example, “Southeast”) to see matching agencies appear in real time. Select the correct result to open the Title Company profile. Search results update instantly as you type, allowing you to jump directly to the right Title Company without navigating multiple pages.

Pagination
Pagination has been added to improve performance and navigation when working with large datasets.
Email Communication Preferences
Prospects can now manage email communication preferences by category instead of unsubscribing from all messages.
They may opt out of specific email types (such as Marketing) while remaining subscribed to essential communications (such as Loan Status Updates).

Bonzo Lead Store
A new Lead Store is now available, allowing users to purchase leads directly within Bonzo. Purchased leads can be automatically synced into Bonzo, reducing manual imports and improving activation speed.

Notifications for Failed 1:1 Messages
Users are now notified when a 1:1 message fails to deliver, improving visibility and follow-up reliability.
Property Page Campaign Enrollment
Campaign enrollment has been expanded directly from property pages. This allows teams to act on property-level intent and enroll contacts into campaigns at the moment engagement matters most.

My Prospects Table Fixes
Data issues affecting the My Prospects table have been resolved to improve accuracy and consistency.
