CRM Export in Leaderboards

Users can now identify top-performing Loan Officers from the Leaderboards and bulk export them into their CRM systems (like Bonzo).

• Export up to 50 records per payload
• Multi-select directly in the Leaderboards UI
• Requires CRM webhook configuration

Loan Officer BETA Profile View

The new Loan Officer BETA Profile View transforms how you view and analyze loan officer information in MMI. This redesigned interface presents the same valuable data you've always accessed, but now organizes it in a cleaner, more intuitive layout that helps you quickly assess whether a loan officer is worth pursuing.
