How to connect your CRM to MMI so that you can push contacts from MMI to your CRM
Push potential realtor partners or LO recruits into your CRM by webhook or email. CRM Push enables you to quickly and efficiently continue your recruiting efforts by kicking off targeted campaigns based on specific details that MMI provides.
Follow these simple steps and tips to start syncing contacts directly to your CRM.
- Go to Loan Officers or Agents to find contacts.
- Search for and locate contacts you want to work with.
- After you have located and selected a contact, use the easy Google button to run a Google search on this contact.
- After you have done your research, go back and review your contact’s transaction and loan types, along with all of their agent relationships.
- If this is a contact you want to go after, you can use the Quick Actions found on the right navigation and select the Push to drop-down. From there, select CRM.
- First Name, Last Name, Company, LinkedIn URL, and Google link field are automatically provided.
- If they aren't filled in, you must add the email and phone number by copying and pasting them from your Google search. There are also additional fields where you can insert information by clicking "Show More Fields".
- When you are ready, click the Push to CRM button to execute a push using the webhook you or your IT team previously set up.
