MMI One Mobile App | How to Download and Get Started

MMI One Mobile helps loan officers research prospects, discover opportunities, and connect with clients wherever they go. Follow these steps to download the app and complete your initial setup.

Step 1: Open your invitation

You may receive an invitation by SMS or email. On your phone, tap the smart download link. It detects your device operating system and directs you to the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also use https://pages.mmi.io/m1app.

Step 2: Or scan the QR code

Open your phone camera and scan the QR code corresponding to your device. Tap the link and select Get or Install. An active MMI One account and an NMLS ID are required.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number

Open MMI One, enter the mobile phone number associated with your account, and tap Continue.

Step 4: Verify your mobile number

Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your phone.

Step 5: Allow your personalized setup to run

MMI One prepares your personalized experience. Wait while the initial setup progresses.

Step 6: Select View My Opportunities

When setup is complete, tap View My Opportunities.

Step 7: Explore your home screen

Review your home screen to discover available opportunities and take action.
