The new Leaderboards - Bulk Export feature transforms how you work with MMI's loan officer rankings. Instead of manually adding top-performing loan officers to your CRM one by one through the Fast Facts profile, you can now select up to 50 loan officers at once and export them directly to your customer connected CRM with just a simple click. This powerful enhancement to our existing leaderboards functionality gets you connecting with high-quality prospects faster than ever.
How to Bulk Export
- From your MMI sidebar navigation, click on "Leaderboards" and then "Loan Officer." This opens loan officer rankings where you can search for top-performing loan officers.
Choose your desired filters such as start and end date, tenure, industry tenure, purpose, state, and county. Click "Update" to ensure you're working with the most current data.
Scrolling to the bottom of the chart, you'll see your results for the total number of matching loan officers- Browse through the list of top-performing loan officers that match your criteria. You can still click on individual loan officer names to view their detailed Fast Facts profiles if needed.
Use the select box to the left to choose one or multiple loan officers for export. Use the group select function to choose multiple loan officers at once.
You can select up to 50 loan officers per export batch or payload.
Click the "Export" button once you've made your selections. The selected loan officers will automatically transfer to your CRM (such as Bonzo or other supported platforms).
Note: Ensure your Webhook is properly configured to connect with your CRM system. Click on your profile in the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down to Webhooks and integration and copy the CRM Push Webhook URL into the field below. Make sure to click "Save Webhook."
