The Admin Center gives company admins a single, centralized location to manage MMI settings, team members, billing, and all Pathways Home borrower engagement controls, all in one place.
Navigate the Admin Center
- From your sidebar navigation, click on the Admin Center dropdown under Platform Admin.
The Admin Center focuses on organizational management, giving you control over team members, billing, branding, and how users engage with Pathways Home. Click into Organization Settings to manage company-wide preferences.
You’ll be able to configure:Basic company details:Name, NMLS ID, address, phone, and emailBranch information:
Edit branch details like name, nmls, phone number, and emailBilling details:Billing contact info and billing addressBranding:Upload your company logo (or a fallback image), and set your primary and secondary brand colors
Disclaimers:View and manage org. licenses and create and manage the legal disclaimers in automated communications.
- Within the Pathways Home section, you’ll find powerful tools to manage automation, notification, and engagement defaults across your team.
Here’s what you can configure:Default URL for CTAs
Choose how homeowners reach out to their LO through the Property Page CTA'sUser Override Permissions
Toggle on/off the ability for LOs to adjust their individual CTAs directly in their user profile.Webhook URL - coming soon
Set the address or endpoint for borrowers who engage with Property Page to go directly into a CRM.Digest Delivery Controls - coming soon
Set the default day and time your monthly Homeowner Digests are delivered.Fallback User Assignment - coming soon
Select a fallback Loan Officer who will automatically inherit Property Pages and Digests when a team member is deactivated, ensuring no borrower is ever left without a point of contact.
Navigate to the Team Members tab within the Admin Center to add, manage, edit, and deactivate users within your organization.
