Discover Talent Producing in Underserved Areas
The Recruit+ (Diversity) dashboard is available to those with access to the Recruit Module of MMI's Visual Intelligence tool. This loan officer focused dashboard offers insights top performing loan officers doing business in underserved markets. Recruiters can utilize this dashboard to pinpoint loan officers based on a range of demographic data points linked to the census tracts where they are lending.
LO Tier Statistics & Terminology
The Recruit+ (Diversity) dashboard provides users with common terminology used by the FFIEC in relation to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) to ensure your team is informed on these important topics as they search for recruits. Additionally, the dashboard provides quick statistics on loan officer production, segmented by tiers referred to as production performance scores.
Filtering
In Recruit+ (Diversity) you can filter on the traditional date, region, and loan filters provided in our standard dashboards, but the diversity filters unlock enhanced filters related to the demographics associated with where a property is located. Filter on population density factors such as race and ethnicity filters based on where the property is located as well as HMDA designated Minority Tracts, Majority Minority Census Tracts, and Low-Moderate Income areas.
These filters do not provide specific borrower demographic details as the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection restricts providing loan-level details as this would create risks to applicant and borrower privacy interests, but our filters allow for you to easily find those producing in underserved areas based on population densities of different groups. You can tighten or loosen density filters.
