The LO Daily Summary Email surfaces borrower engagement on Pathways property pages directly to you each morning, giving you a daily, at-a-glance look at which borrowers are clicking into refinance calculators, cash-out tools, investment calculators, and contact cards so you can reach out at the right moment and help drive change. Paired with the new Priority Leads filtering on the My Properties tab, the email turns page clicks into actionable signals.
How to Use the LO Daily Summary Email
1. From the sidebar, open the Mortgage drop-down and select My Mortgages. The page lands on the My Properties tab by default.
2. At the top of the My Properties view you'll see the attribution / Priority Leads command bar. Expand the summary to surface key portfolio metrics:
- Total Loan Volume
- Average Equity
- Total Enrolled Volume (if you're using Pathways Enrollment)
- Average LTV
3. On the far right of the command bar, you'll see the Daily Summary toggle. It's off by default — flip it on to opt in. Once enabled, a daily report will catalog your Pathways property page engagement and email it to you each morning.
Note: The job runs at approximately 6:00 AM MT, so expect the email shortly after.
4. Click into Priority Filters to shape both the table view and your sense of what counts as a high-signal lead. Under the Pathways Property Page section, you can filter on engagement with:
- CTA clicks
- Refinance calculator clicks
- Cash-out refinance calculator clicks
- Put-cash-down investment calculator clicks (your home)
- Investment calculator clicks (investment home)
- Contact card clicks
For each metric, set a minimum and maximum click range to narrow the table to the engagement levels that matter most to you.
5. At the bottom of the Priority Leads filter, you'll find an Engagement Date Range control. Use it to define the time window for the table view rather than defaulting to all-time data.
Note: The date-range control applies to the My Properties table only. The daily email itself is fixed to engagement from the previous day and is not currently customizable.
The LO Daily Summary Email surfaces borrowers who are actively exploring refinance, cash-out, and investment scenarios, so you can take action. Combined with Priority Leads filtering, you get both a daily nudge and a way to focus deeper inside the platform on the leads most worth your time. The result: faster, more relevant outreach, more meaningful conversations with borrowers, and a clearer line of sight from Pathways engagement to LO action.
