Lender Quick Lists let you search, filter, and take action on lenders directly from the Data Center. You can narrow results by lender details, production volume, transaction types, and more — then export your list or push selected lenders to your CRM. Quick Lists follow the same pattern you may already use for Loan Officers and Realtors.
Where to Find Lender Quick Lists
From your Data Center dashboard, navigate to Lenders. The Quick Lists view is the default experience when you open the Lenders tab.
Your existing lender search tools — including Search by Name, Search by Company NMLS, Location Search, and Market Share Search — are available under the Legacy Searches tab immediately to the right of the Lenders tab. Those tools remain unchanged.
How Lender Quick Lists Work
Quick Lists display lender results in a table based on the filters you apply. You can refine your search, save filter combinations for later, and select lenders to export or push to your CRM.
There are two ways to find lenders in Quick Lists:
- Search bar — Use the search bar at the top for quick, one-off lookups of a specific lender by name or NMLS ID.
- Filter panel — Use the filter panel on the right side to build a filtered list of lenders based on multiple criteria. Filtered results populate the table below.
The filtered table also includes:
- Refresh icon — Reload your current results.
- Filter icon — Open the right-side filter panel to set or adjust your search criteria.
- Saved Searches — Access filter combinations you have previously saved.
- Save As — Save your current filter settings as a Saved Search for future use.
Results are displayed in a table limited to 100 rows, sorted by 14-month production volume (highest first) by default.
Filter Panel
Click the filter icon to open the "Quick List Filters" panel on the right side of the screen. After setting your filters, click "Apply" at the top-right of the panel to update your results.
Filters are organized into collapsible sections:
Lender Details
- Lender Name / NMLS ID — Search by lender name or NMLS identifier.
- Lender Category — Filter by lender type: Independent Mortgage Banker (IMB), Credit Union, or Bank.
- Lender Tenure — Set a range for how long the lender has been in operation.
- Wholesale vs. Retail — Filter by whether the lender operates as wholesale, retail, or both.
- Lender Roster — Set a minimum and/or maximum employee count.
- Lender Branch Count — Set a minimum and/or maximum number of branches.
- Licenses — Filter by active licenses or states the lender operates in (if available).
- Location (State, County, City) — These filters cascade: selecting a state narrows the available counties, and selecting a county narrows the available cities.
Performance
- 14-Month Production Volume — Set a range for total production dollar volume over the trailing 14-month window.
- 14-Month Production Units — Set a range for total production unit count over the trailing 14-month window.
Transaction Filters
- Loan Types — Filter by loan type, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Line of Credit, HELOC, or Reverse Mortgage.
- Transaction Types — Filter by transaction type, such as Purchase, Refinance, New Construction, Non-Residential, Construction Loan, HELOC, or Reverse Mortgage.
- QM vs. Non-QM — Filter by Qualified Mortgage or Non-Qualified Mortgage designation.
- Volume — Set a range for transaction volume.
- Count — Set a range for transaction count.
- Average Loan Amount — Filter by average loan amount.
- Transaction Time Frame — Adjust the time window for transaction data. Defaults to 14 months.
- Transaction States — Filter by the states in which the lender has completed transactions.
Results Table
When you apply filters, matching lenders appear in the table below. The table displays the following columns:
- Lender Name — The primary lender identifier.
- Address — The lender's full address.
- 14-Month Production Volume — Total production dollar volume based on your applied filters.
- 14-Month Production Units — Total production unit count based on your applied filters.
- Lender Tenure — How long the lender has been in operation (in years).
- Branch Count — Total number of branches.
- LO Count / Roster — Total number of loan officers.
- Purchase % — Percentage of transactions that are purchases.
- Refinance % — Percentage of transactions that are refinances.
- Other % — Percentage of transactions that fall outside purchase and refinance categories.
Results are sorted by 14-month production volume (highest first) by default. The table displays up to 100 results. If your search returns more than 100 lenders, refine your filters to narrow the list.
Selecting Lenders and Taking Action
You can select one or more lenders from the results table by clicking the checkbox next to each row. When you make a selection, an action bar appears at the bottom of the screen with the following options:
- Export List — Download your selected lenders as a file. This option is always available.
- Push to CRM — Send selected lenders to your connected CRM. This option is available for users with an active CRM integration (excluding Bonzo).
Saving a Search
To save your current filter settings for future use:
- Apply your desired filters and confirm the results match what you need.
- Click "Save As" in the top bar.
- Enter a name for your Saved Search.
- Click "Save."
Your saved search appears in the Saved Searches section and can be loaded at any time to reapply those filters.
Summary
Lender Quick Lists give you a fast, structured way to search and filter lenders by details, production, and transaction data. Use the filter panel to narrow your results, save searches you use often, and take action on selected lenders by exporting or pushing them to your CRM.
