Overview
The Pathways x MonitorBase integration now includes automatic property page generation for enrolled borrowers. By pairing alerts with a personalized Pathways Property Page, every alert becomes a value-add touchpoint that gives borrowers something genuinely useful to interact with, while positioning the Loan Officer as a trusted advisor.
What Is a Property Page?
A Property Page is a fully branded, interactive web page that provides homeowners with a view of their property's current estimated value and estimated equity position. Each Property Page is dynamically generated using real-time public record data and is customized with your company's logo, brand colors, and contact information as configured through MMI. Property Pages include several key features designed to engage borrowers:
Equity Snapshot - A visual representation of the homeowner's current estimated equity, estimated home value, and monthly change. This automatically updates monthly as new data becomes available.
Interactive Calculators - Two specialized tools help homeowners explore financial options: the Refinance Calculator allows them to model potential savings based on current interest rates, while the Investment Property Calculator demonstrates the financial potential of converting their home into a rental property with metrics like monthly rental income and return on investment.
ComeHome Integration - An embedded home search tool that enables homeowners to explore available properties in their area, positioning you as their resource for their next move while keeping them engaged with real estate opportunities.
Loan Officer Contact Section - Your complete contact information including phone, text, email, and a VCard download button that allows homeowners to save your details directly to their device contacts with one click.
All Property Pages are accessible via a unique URL that can be shared through email, text message, social media, or embedded in Bonzo campaigns. The pages are mobile-responsive, making them easily accessible for borrowers to view and share.

Pathways Home: General Overview
How It Works
When a contact is enrolled in MonitorBase through the Bonzo integration, the following happens automatically:
- Bonzo pushes the contact to MonitorBase for monitoring.
- MonitorBase confirms enrollment by returning a unique MonitorBase ID.
- Property Page generation is triggered at the moment that MonitorBase ID is received, using the borrower's name, email, property address, and the LO's NMLS number.
- The Property Page URL is stored in the prospect's Bonzo record, viewable in prospect details, and actionable with the Property Page URL merge tag. The Property Page and related merge tag can now be used in both Bonzo campaigns and broadcasts.
Note: Customers with MMI access will have the option to change Property Page branding through the Pathways Home Admin permission. Branding includes changes the Property Page colors, logo, and adding a custom photo or headshot. Customers without MMI access will default to standard Pathways branding and fallback images.
MonitorBase Alert Types
Once a contact is enrolled and their property page is in place, MonitorBase begins monitoring and will fire campaigns automatically when relevant signals are detected. There are two tiers of alerts.
Base Alerts — Included with Every Seat
These three alerts monitor property-level data and are available for all enrolled contacts at no additional cost beyond standard Bonzo token consumption.
Property Listing monitors when a contact's home hits the market, opening the door to a purchase or relocation conversation before anyone else gets there.
Property Equity tracks when a contact's equity crosses a meaningful threshold, creating a natural entry point for conversations around HELOCs, cash-out refinances, or debt consolidation.
MI Removal watches for FHA or Conventional loans that have reached the threshold to drop mortgage insurance — a straightforward "you could save $X/month" conversation that's easy to start and valuable for the borrower.
Each alert automatically triggers a Bonzo campaign sequence — email, SMS, and LO tasks — without any manual action required.
Opportunity Intelligence Alerts — Paid Upgrade
These five alerts go deeper, monitoring credit-level data and appending full credit liability information to every contact who triggers one. This gives LOs a complete picture of a borrower's financial situation before the first conversation.
Instant Inquiry detects when a contact pulls credit elsewhere, signaling active shopping with a competitor. A high-urgency campaign fires automatically so the LO can respond before anyone else closes.
Home Buyer identifies behavioral signals that a contact is actively looking to purchase, catching intent early — before they've spoken to another lender.
Cash Out surfaces contacts whose equity position and credit behavior suggest a cash-out refinance opportunity, paired with their full liability picture for a specific consolidation conversation.
Rate & Term identifies contacts whose current mortgage rate is above market and triggers a refi conversation at exactly the right moment.
HELOC flags contacts whose equity profile and credit behavior suggest a HELOC opportunity — a fast-close product that also establishes permissible purpose for ongoing monitoring.
Note: Property Pages are not automatically added to connected MonitorBase campaigns in Bonzo. To utilize the newly create Property Pages for borrowers enrolled in alerts, click in the campaigns and add the Property Page URL merge tag found by clicking Show More > MMI.
Combined with the full suite of MonitorBase alerts, this integration gives Loan Officers a way to stay present with their database automatically, reaching borrowers at exactly the right moment with additional value content that resonates and creates new conversation and deal opportunities.
