Loan Officer Badges give you a quick, visual summary of a loan officer’s performance and career story, directly on their profile.
Instead of scanning multiple charts and tables, you can glance at up to four badges in the right-side pane and quickly understand how that loan officer is producing, growing, and progressing in their career. Each badge has a clear label and icon, with a short description available on hover (desktop) or tap (mobile).
Using Loan Officer Badges
When you open a Loan Officer profile, you’ll see a Loan Officer Badges area in the right-hand panel.
This section shows four badge categories:
Production
Momentum
Loyalty
Lifetime Production
Each category shows one badge that reflects the loan officer’s current standing in that area. If there isn’t enough information, a badge won't be displayed.
How To Read The Panel
A simple way to scan the badges:
Production – How strong is their recent volume?
Momentum – Is their business growing, steady, or cooling?
Loyalty – How stable is their career path?
Lifetime Production – What is the overall scale of their career impact?
You can use this at-a-glance view to decide whether to dive deeper into the rest of the profile.
Production Badge
What it shows
The Production badge summarizes the loan officer’s recent funded loan volume over a recent 12-month period.
You’ll see a tiered badge such as:
Unicorn
Funded $100M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Diamond
Funded $50M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Platinum
Funded $20M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Gold
Funded $10M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Silver
Funded $5M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Bronze
Funded $2M+ in loan volume over the last 12 months.
Higher tiers reflect higher recent production.
Use the Production badge to quickly identify strong producers and prioritize which profiles you want to review in more detail.
Momentum Badge
What it shows
The Momentum badge captures the loan officer’s recent growth trend compared to similar loan officers. It focuses on direction, not just size.
You’ll see one of these badges:
On Fire
Top 10% growth compared to similar loan officers.
Rising
Above-average growth over the last 90 days.
Steady
Performance aligned with peer benchmarks.
Cooling
Recent growth below peer benchmarks.
The language is deliberately neutral and descriptive, so you can interpret it in the context of your own strategy.
How to use it
Use the Momentum badge to understand whether a business is accelerating, stable, or slowing. It is especially helpful when paired with the Production badge:
• Strong Production + On Fire or Rising can indicate a standout or rising star.
• Strong Production + Steady can indicate a mature, stable business.
Loyalty Badge
What it shows
The Loyalty badge reflects the loan officer’s tenure and movement between companies, giving you a sense of stability and career behavior.
You may see badges such as:
Newly Landed
Joined their current company within the last 90 days.
Resident
Building tenure at their current company.
Vested
Established tenure with sustained commitment.
Tenured
Five or more years at their current company.
Frequent Flyer
Multiple company changes within recent years.
Exited Industry
No longer active in the mortgage industry.
How to use it
Use the Loyalty badge to understand how rooted or mobile a loan officer has been:
• Identify long-term, stable producers (Vested, Tenured).
• Recognize talent that is new to their current role (Newly Landed).
• Spot more change-friendly, mobile career patterns (Frequent Flyer).
Lifetime Production Badge
What it shows
The Lifetime Production badge highlights the loan officer’s total career production, expressed through simple, real-world comparisons so it’s easy to understand at a glance.
You’ll see badges such as:
Visionary
Career production equal to stacking $1 bills over 2,700 feet — the height of the world’s tallest building. This signals a career that’s already operating at landmark scale.
Highlander
Lifetime volume equal to a stack of $1 bills 4,400 feet high, reaching the summit of Ben Nevis.
Think of this as a career that has climbed to impressive, summit-level production.
Olympian
Career production rising 9,500 feet, reaching legendary heights sustained by few.
This reflects a rare, long-term performance level that only a small group of loan officers reach.
Skybound
Lifetime volume stacking $1 bills 100,000 feet into the sky — beyond commercial airspace.
This represents a career that has gone far beyond typical expectations, into truly exceptional territory.
Lunar Legacy
Career production equal to 238,000 miles — the distance from Earth to the Moon.
This is a true outlier: a moonshot-level career that reflects extraordinary, sustained production over time.
How to use it
Use the Lifetime Production badge to understand the overall scale of a loan officer’s career, not just their recent year. It helps you distinguish between:
• Emerging or mid-career producers
• Long-established industry leaders with large, cumulative impact
Using Badges To Make Faster Decisions
Loan Officer Badges work best when you read them together:
Production shows current scale
Momentum shows direction of growth
Loyalty shows stability and movement
Lifetime Production shows long-term impact
In just a few seconds, you can move from “I don’t know much about this loan officer” to “I understand their scale, trend, stability, and experience—and I know whether to dig deeper.”
Use these badges to quickly shortlist promising loan officers, guide recruiting and partnership conversations, and focus your time where it matters most.
