The Recruit Dashboard is to provide recruiters with an intuitive, three-step process to identify and target loan officers based on location, production level, and market activity. This dashboard simplifies the search process so you can quickly build prospect lists of high-performing loan officers in your target markets without getting lost in filters and settings.
How to Use the Recruit Dashboard
Access Recruit - Open the Recruit Dashboard from your MMI sidebar navigation by clicking on Dashboard.
Next, click on Live Dashboards > Recruiting > Recruit Center
- Select Your Target State - Click on your desired state in the map or state selector. This filters all loan officers to those physically located in your chosen state. Watch the right-hand side panel update to show statistics for your selected state.
- Add Transaction Filters - If you want to focus on loan officers who are both located in AND doing business in the same state (filtering out call center LOs), click the transaction state filter and select the same state. This ensures you're finding locally-based producers.
- Narrow to Specific Counties - Use the county filter on the right-hand side to drill down further. For example, if you selected Indiana, you can now narrow to Hamilton County to find loan officers in that specific market.
- Review Production Distribution - Examine the "Loan Officer Ranking Distribution" chart to see what percentage of loan officers fall into each production tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) in your filtered area.
- Understand Market Contribution - Look at the "Loan Officer Contribution by Rank" chart to see which production tiers are generating the most volume. For example, you might see that Platinum producers represent only 18% of loan officers but produce 39% of the total volume—indicating they're highly efficient producers worth targeting.
Filter by Production Tier - Click on a specific tier in either chart (e.g., Platinum) to filter your loan officer list to only that production level. Your filters will update automatically across all visualizations.
- Review the Loan Officer Leaderboard - Scroll to the bottom to see your filtered list of loan officers, including:
- State and role
- Current lender
- Production performance score (PPS)
- Links to FastFact profiles and Consumer Access profiles
- Identify Declining Performers - Sort the "Last Month Revenue" column in ascending order (smallest to largest) to find loan officers with significant negative numbers. A large negative number often indicates someone who may be leaving their company or experiencing challenges—making them potential recruiting targets.
- Export to Bonzo - Select loan officers you want to target and click "Push to Bonzo" to add them to your recruiting campaigns.
