The Bounders Dashboard (formerly LO Movements) provides daily updates on loan officers who have recently changed companies or exited the industry entirely. This powerful recruiting tool leverages real-time NMLS licensing data to help you identify and reach out to loan officers during critical transition periods. Whether you're looking to recruit top talent who've recently moved or connect with professionals re-entering the market, the Bounders Dashboard gives you the competitive edge with up-to-date movement intelligence.
How to Use the Bounders Dashboard
Access the Dashboards - Navigate to the Dashboards from your main MMI sidebar menu, by clicking on the button under MMI Tools.
Once in Dashboards view click on "Limited Release" and then "Bounders" (formerly LO Movements).
- Choose Your Filters - Decide whether you want to search by using the columns on the right side:
- Exit Date: Find loan officers who have left the industry entirely (no longer licensed)
- Company Move Date: Find loan officers who have moved from one company to another (true "bounders")
- Set Your Date Range - Use the date filters to specify your timeframe. For example, to see all movement in the last week, set your date range from 7 days ago to today (e.g., 10/28 to 11/03).
- Apply Geographic Filters - Narrow your results by selecting specific states where you want to find candidates. This updates your results to show only loan officers in your target markets.
- Review Movement Details - Scroll through the results table to see key information including:
- Current lender and previous company
- States where they're licensed
- Production volume and rankings
- Industry tenure and company tenure
- Layer Additional Filters - Refine your search further by adding filters for:
- Industry Tenure: Find loan officers with specific years of experience (e.g., 15+ years vs. 1 month)
- Company Tenure: Identify professionals who may be past their clawback period (typically 2-5 years)
- Production Performance Score (PPS): Target specific production levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond)
- Sort for Strategic Insights - Click column headers to sort results. For example, sort by "Last Month Revenue" in descending order to find loan officers experiencing significant growth, or ascending order to identify those who may be struggling and open to new opportunities.
- Save or Bookmark Filters - Click on the save or bookmark feature at the top to save these results for review and action. You can have multiple bookmarks and lists saved.
Push to Bonzo - Once you've identified your target candidates, click the vertical ellipses (⋮) next to any result and select "Push to Bonzo" to add them to your outreach campaigns. This allows you to quickly connect with loan officers during their transition period with personalized messaging.
The Bounders Dashboard (formerly LO Movements) transforms your recruiting strategy by providing daily intelligence that competitors won't have until months later. This real-time visibility into industry movement helps you build a more strategic, data-driven recruiting operation that consistently identifies and engages top talent before your competition even knows they're available.
