Pathways Property Page Search

The Pathways Property Page Search tool empowers you to instantly generate branded property pages for any address, transforming how you prospect and engage with potential borrowers. This on-demand tool creates professional, personalized property pages complete with your logo and branding, perfect for demonstrating your value to prospects whether you're meeting them at a coffee shop or networking event. 

Access and Use the Property Search Tool

1. Click on the "Property" dropdown in your main navigation, then select "Property Research."
   
   
    
2. Use the Pathways Property Search field on the main page to generate your Property Preview that includes the Property Page, as well as Listing and Deed History.
   
   
   
    For quick access, click the pin icon in the top right corner of the card to add it to your MMI dashboard.  This allows you to search properties immediately upon logging in.

3. Begin typing the complete property address, including street address, city, state, and zip code. The more complete information you provide, the more accurate the search results will be.
   
   
    

   After typing, the tool will immediately generate the Property Page and pull the Listing and Deed History. You can can view that page, copy the page link to your clipboard, or use the share feature to share it to contacts in your connected device (i.e. phone contacts). 

4. When you visit the Property Page, you'll see your brand info. including your company logo, brand colors, and photo.

   
    
   Note: While your photo can be uploaded directly in your account profile, for brand logo and colors, you will need to contact your company admin for configuration. 

5. Back in Property Research, you can scroll down the page to see the Property Details and Property Location. 

   
   

6. Finally, clicking on "View Listing History" and "View Deed History" will reveal a modal that allows you to jump back and forth between the tabs.
