User Profiles

Whether you’re looking to build new partnerships or simply make it easier for others to connect with you, your Loan Officer Profile is a simple way to highlight yourself, while staying in full control of what others see. By turning on the “Open to Network” option, you can choose what details appear on your public profile to boost your visibility and attract new opportunities.

How to Set Up and Use Your Loan Officer Profile

1. From your Workspace, click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner. 
   
   
   
   Select Your Profile from the dropdown menu.
   
   
    

2. Complete your profile information, indicating what information you'd like to show publicly in MMI searches, by toggling the Show button. 
   
   
   
   To help maintain trust and accuracy across the platform, your Loan Officer Profile will only display public-facing information if your NMLS number is verified.

   Our team reviews each NMLS ID to confirm it’s valid and connected to your account. If your profile shows an Unverified status, it means we weren’t able to verify your NMLS yet. You’ll soon see an option to Submit for Verification directly from your profile, this will prompt our team to review your information and follow up if needed.

   If your NMLS is unverified and you don’t see a way to submit it, please reach out to support@mmi.run for help getting it resolved.

3. Enable the Open to Network toggle to let others know you're open to new partnerships. When this is turned on, MMI will display the contact details (email, phone, website) you’ve chosen to share in your profile settings. If it's turned off, all contact information will be hidden by default, keeping your profile private.
   
   
    
   Note: The "Open to Network" feature is toggled on as default, allowing others to view your personal information. You can come in and toggle this off at any point or choose the specific fields to display.
