Adding, editing, and managing the available disclaimers displayed on Property Intelligence pages

Available Disclaimers

There are five available disclaimers that can be created and customized for Property pages.

Main Footer

This is found at the bottom of the page and typically includes the company address, company licensing, User licensing, and any other required language.

Refinance Calculator

Appears at the bottom of the Refinance Calculator

Pay Down Calculator

Appears at the bottom of the Pay Down Calculator

Rental Calculator

Appears at the bottom of the Rental Calculator

Marketplace Module

Appears at the bottom of the Marketplace Module

Adding a Disclaimer

Click the Add Disclaimer button in the upper right of the Disclaimers table.

Choose an available Disclaimer Type from the dropdown list.

Use the editor to create your disclaimer. Copy and paste variables from the Variable List below to create a dynamic disclaimer that pulls address and licensing information from the company and User profiles
