Matchmaker

Learn how to get matched up with similar real estate agent partners in your area.

Get matched with agents in your area who have completed similar transactions, often on the same street! You have not closed any transactions with these agents in the past 12 months or at all; therefore, they are potential candidates for partnering.

Getting Started

To start using Matchmaker, log in to your MMI account and click the OTHER tab and then MATCHMAKER.

Understanding the Map

You'll see a map of an area where you have a concentration of closed transactions.

Your deals will be indicated by a GREEN circle entitled ME. Click a ME to see the address of one of your recent transactions.

Viewing Matched Agents

Three agents will be matched each time you load Matchmaker. They will be marked 1, 2, and 3 and will correspond with the agent names appearing below the map.

Hover over the numbered circles and click on them to see the address of a transaction they completed recently.

Researching Agent Profiles

Choose the agent's name that you'd like to research and you'll be directed to their Fast Fact Profile.

Taking Action

Conduct your research, determine if the agent is a viable candidate for your business and take action.

Add them to your Prospect List, send them to your CRM, or track them to receive new listing alerts.

Rinse. Repeat.
